Sunshine Cafe

Pancakes again! It's about the only thing I eat. They didn't have blueberry pancakes so I went with strawberry, and the hubby went with traditional.  We both ordered a side of meat (ham and sausage).

Waitress was great so bravo for service.  My main measure of server awesome-ness is the ability to refill soda before I run dry.  I'm like a camel, I stock up at restaurants to make it through the day.  She brought out several refills so I was stoked.

My cakes didn't come with fresh strawberries so they got only three stars.  It was like a quarter cup of that syrup stuff with about five berries in it.  Lame.

Also the stack = three pancakes.  What?! That defies the definition of stack in my book. FAIL. Now I'm down to just two stars.

The meat was really good. The service was good. The pancakes were lame and dry (they were crumbling alittle).

The place is OK, but given the plethora of other joints that can whip up a cake, I'd pass on a return visit.
