Visited the attached Kegler's Pub for Karaoke night. Â I can't say enough good things about the staff there. Â Everyone was so absolutely friendly that I felt like they were a large family and I was being welcomed to a slightly rowdy holiday party. Â Charlie of Sparrow Entertainment was utterly charming and ran a great Karaoke night, making sure everyone had a chance to have a good time. Â The beer was a decent deal, and served in substantial plastic mugs that almost fooled me into thinking I was drinking from glass. Â I wouldn't mind seeing a better selection of draft beers, but at least they go a bit beyond Bud and Bud Lite. Â Kegler's pizza is a nice example of the salty, thin-crust, cut-into-squares variety, designed to make you want to drink more, I'm sure. Â Don't expect it to be an exquisite gourmet pie or a healthy pile of vegetables, but enjoy it as a fine snack to go with your cheap beer. Â I'm looking forward to going back.
