Their menu is a bit limited.
There were only a few people in the small restaurant. Waiter took our order and food came out promptly enough and tasted good. My boyfriend ordered seafood pho and I got a rice noodle dish with chicken and an egg roll (can't remember the name right now).
We never got a refill on our empty water glasses, no one came over to see if we needed anything, when we signaled for service so we could get the bill (a different waiter since ours was out of sight) he didn't even walk over to the table, he just asked what we wanted from far away.
In short, the food is good but service is lame. Hit them up for take out I guess.
TL;DR - Just okay vietnamese food that is over priced. Â
The only reason it gets 3 stars is because its one of the few vietnamese restaurants in south florida where I can go get some food when 'm missing home (full disclaimer: 'm vietnamese)
Only reason i went here because my friends wanted to meet up for some vietnamese lunch. Â
Pretty standard when it comes to viet restaurants. Â It's run mostly by the owner's kids who do all the waiting and serving. Â The menu and the service is pretty standard and nothing special.
I settled on the pork strips rice dish after seeing how ridiculously priced their Pho ($8-9) and sandwiches ($4) were and even then my meal ended up being $12-13 including tip. Â These dishes are usually around 2 dollars less than what this place was charging at other restaurants. Â
My meal itself was pretty good with average portions but then again I was super hungry and use to eating a ton more rice.
I probably wouldn't come here again unless I was in the area and was REALLY craving some vietnamese food. Â I would probably be better off getting a juicy steak from Outback next door for the same price.
