Bongo's Cuban Cafe

I went to the skylounge and didn't like that they don't have any dress code. They could let in people in pajamas. This place has become totally guetto. Will never come back.

Ok so i went to bongos in the hard rock as soon as it opened, i had checked the menu online and i saw the prices were a little bit high but the place looked really nice and fancy so i thought i would give it a try. I called and i was told that if a party of 5 or more had dinner before 9pm the entrance to the club which normally is 20$ per person would be waved... Food was not the greatest and the place was packed so our order took a long time. We were 5 and ended up spending over 200$ just in food and none alcoholic drinks... And then when we tried to go to the roof they wanted to charge us the extra 20$ even though they had said that i we ate there we wouldn't have to. Bad experience. I actually prefer the one in miami but that one is more of a club.

Service was atrocious. Not only did a member of her party not receive her food until the Apocalypse was over, but she gave a much larger bill than her check and the server did not give her change. Until she requested her change.

I know its tempting to go here since its in Hard Rock and near the clubs but honestly save yourself. Not worth the trouble.
