I can only attest to the few little samples I was able to munch on at Bergen County's Top Chef competition last winter. I went as a spectator with my mom and I believe the special ingredient of the day was roquefort...I'm not a huge fan of blue cheese, but anyone that can take it and turn it into an ice cream that is out of this world is A-Ok in my book.
I was recently informed that though lunch was a staple to the storefront catering company, Christine's now opening a restaurant in Fair Lawn. I have to admit, I'm looking forward to this one because living in Philadelphia never afforded me the opportunity to get up north in time for lunch...can't wait to visit on my next visit home!
Christine Nunn and her crew do a bang up job for lunch.
If you go to their website you can view their daily lunch specials. Â Usually, there are 10+ sandwiches, entrees and salads. Â Also, they usually have a few soup choices and a special iced tea.
Fridays are usually lobster roll day! Â They can sell out quick.
We have used Picnic for a few catering jobs and have been highly satisfied.
