The acoustics at this location are awful!!!
The noise is terribly dreadful, ugh....!
My ears hurt because of all the racket and commotion going on.
One cannot carry on a conversation without talking excessively loud.
They need to install wall and ceiling diffusers that baffle and reduce the noise.
Pizzas are always great as too their beers.
If you prefer the loud sounds of arcade machines, the noise of patrons, as well as the staff and pizza makers, then by all means gravitate to this location, otherwise, do as I do and take it home.
Also their web page is a tad confusing. On the location tab it doesn't denote that the Bressi Ranch location is in Carlsbad, thus I ordered at the Carlsbad location, which is not where I wanted to pickup. Staff at Bressi Ranch was most accommodating.
Had been to Pizza Port in Solana beach several times in college.. Was not a fan. It smelled, took forever, and was run by the typical stoner dudes who always messed up orders.
Pizza Port Bressi Ranch-
Pros: Clean, fast, delicious, friendly staff!! Two bars! Fire pit, aquarium, games
Cons:
Super busy! Hard to find a table, extremely noisy. A bit pricey for pizza!
I'm going back, maybe to pick-up instead of eat-in
IT'S NUMMY!
Bottom Line: Very consistent with what you should expect from Pizza Port.
In a Few Words:
Food:  The usual PP grub . . . pizza, wings, salads, etc.
  Drinks:  Beer glorious beer!
Service: They're on top of it.  No stoners here!
Atmosphere: Loud and casual with lots of children running around.
The Details:
Now that I have been to this Pizza Port about ten times since they opened fix weeks ago, I am ready to launch my review! Initially I was only excited about Pizza Port because its  1/2 mile from my house and 1 and  1/2 miles from my work.  Seriously, how could you not be excited about a place that serves craft beer that is only a 15 minute saunter home?  Anyway, I must say, service here has been consistently good and I think they've done a great job with the place.  I am by no means super hot for PP like so many others, but I must give them some credit where credit is certainly due.  Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
- Décor has stayed true to the Pizza Port vibe and exudes consistent branding
-Two bars! One upstairs and one downstairs.
-Lots of yummy craft brews and several rotating handles
-The downstairs patio with umbrellas and heated seats is great for dog-lovers and others
-Nice décor in the bathrooms.  Love the bathing suits to designate women's from men's.
-A bike rack for the Rancho Carrillo and Bressi Ranch Pizza Port goers.
-You can place food orders upstairs
- Location. Â Even if you can't walk here you can expect it to be a little less crazy since its kind of a destination spot
-New pager system makes it easier to know your food is ready instead of hearing, "Mumble, mumble Pizza is ready!"
-Awesome fish tanks from the guys on the show Tanked, granted the fish in the fermenter tank are totally different than what the Tanked guys put in there. Â Hmmm, I'll have the clown fish pizza please. Wink.
Cons:
-The parking lot can be a little nutty. Â
-It's loud, just like all of the other locations. Â It's the loudest downstairs thanks to the video games.
-The bar stools are three legged tripods and the stool is wider at the base than the stool top itself. Â This is a total trip hazard and I've seen the drunk and sober a like trip over the protruding legs. Â Silly design. A knit, I know.
