Pizzeria Di Olinto

This was our second visit for dinner on a Tuesday night using a $30 Colorado's Best Deals offer.  It was Kids Eat Free night and there were a lot of kids there.

They still need a website and available Take out menus.  They do have a Facebook page.

The server brought us a wine bottle of chilled water with 2 small glasses.  We also got a basket of bread with olive oil and a plate of parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and oregano to dip the bread.

We started with the Stuffed Shrooms appetizer ($6).  There were 4 stuffed mushroom caps on a bed of fresh arugula.  They were stuffed with cheese, pancetta,  sausage, breadcrumbs, and parmesan.  The parmesan could have been melted a minute longer.

We ordered the large 14"  NY Style Taylone Pizza ($24) which had mozzarella, tomato sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and roasted onions.  Once again the crust was soggy.  The toppings were not evenly distributed.

Service was friendly and attentive.

We probably won't be back.

Always get great service and delicious fresh pizza toppings and salad dressings. Ideal place for a lunch meeting. Relatively quiet and inviting. It's easy to miss (north side of Arapahoe and Peoria) but definitely the best pizza in DTC.

Awesome pizza! Haven't experienced the drinks so I can't speak for anything beyond the pizza but that alone is worth the stop.
