Personally I feell as though when you enter a new establishment (bar more specifically) you either get a good vibe, or you dont. Point Grill from my first time through the front doors, gave me that feeling. It only got better from there, as I got to know a few of the workers and the owner, all whom work very hard at putting the customers needs and requests first and they do it well. There is no room for guessing if these people know what they are doing, which is to serve up some great bar eats, pour some great drinks, all delivered with a smile.
Great place to get your spotrs viewing pleasure or just sit with a friend for a drink..
My husband and I came here while visiting Patriot's Point for a quick, cheap lunch and definitely got what we came for. Â It was very quiet and service was fast. Â Pretty much the only people in there other than us were locals who knew each other well and bantered over the sports and TV noise around them. Â Their menu had a half burger on it(!), which I had and found to be very good. Â What they do with the other half is beyond me, but I appreciated the smaller portion.
It was a pleasant surprise to find a place that seemed very locals-oriented next to such a major tourist attraction, and although I'm sure there's better food in Mt. Pleasant than the Point Grill, this option was quick, reasonable, and efficient, and that might serve your needs like it served ours.
