The music sucks. It's all rap shit. The food sucks. We were told we can't use our cards because they say 'debit' in them even though we had cards with both visa and matercard logos. The girls were idiots and they spent the first Hal of the night hiding in the stairwell taking shots. The food was overpriced and the beer wasn't as cold as if want. I won't be coming back here.
Review Source:I'm giving this place 2 stars  only because the bar back Yvonne was AMAZING because she does her job plus the drunk airheaded bartenders Tessie's job. The bartender Tessie is a descraces to bartenders. How she has a job is beyond me. So if your looking to drink and shoot pool here, you'll pretty much only shoot pool if Yvonne is NOT working. Waiting for Tessie to serve you or return from drinking and playing pool as if she is a customer vs. a bartender you will be sober!!'

Come on by here. Â Here's the thing... it's a 1 drink per person per hour minimum. With that said, get a pitcher of beer going, be NICE to the waitress and you should be fine with your drink minimum- they're not really sticklers about that kind of stuff. Other than that, pool is free. Â The place is always empty so you can bring a big group of people and just shoot some pool. Food- I'm not sure about. Â By the time we order food, I'm tipsy anyway so at least to me, the food I've eaten- nachos were pretty darn good..but that might be the alcohol talking. Only thing- don't come here if your people are easy to mad dog people and fight because I'm sure you can get shanked. Â The whole place is a little sketch, but I kind of like people watching because you see a variety of different kinds of people here. There's two stories so this place is pretty big and it's easy to get a few tables in a corner with just your friends.
Review Source:So I came here last night a Saturday night. Around 6 to have a few drinks. Lets start there, Drinks were Gooood.. I orederd a tequila sunrise it was STRONG. nothing but tequila good thing lol. We also orederd Blue Hawain now that was a great drink. We also orederd some frys very good i like my frys. There poppers where cold, and waterery No Brano.. Wings were kinda Dry, Cheese sticks werent chessy. So i probably wouldnt oreder food besides frys here and drinks.. Â 5 bucks for a blue Hawain.. GREAT PRICE for the size they give you. Id deffently return for drinks and frrys.. Free pool. Nope. It cost 6 dollers a hour. not bad I guess but i don't really like pool. I was going there because i heard they had Darts. So i ask for darts to play.. And they said ohhh you have to bring your own our buy some from us. I say okay how much are they $25 dollers. NO THANKS. But id rate the place 3 stars even tho drinks where great.. they should mention that free pool isnt free, and darts don't really exsist there. unless you have 25 bucks for cheap looking darts.
Review Source:I like this place but the one drink an hour per person minimum sucks. This place has two levels, so there's plenty of pool tables to go around. There's a jukebox and plenty of big screen TV's for watching games. You can play on some nights for free, otherwise its $7 an hour. I would give it 4 stars if there wasn't a drink minimum.
Review Source:there are some bad reviews but i came on a friday from 7pm-9pm and it was not full only 4 tables being used. Â Its pretty hood but i dont mind im not scared im pretty big myself. Â the pitchers of beer were 8 not bad. Â it was 2.25 an hour, its 2 stories the juke box is a internet one so you can choose from creedence to lil wayne. Â They have UFC fights here for you fans and wannabe MMA superstars.
Review Source:I'm surprised that there aren't more negative reviews of this place. Â Unfortunately, the group at my office seems to favor this place and we have some of the best turnouts for birthday and other happy hours. Â I think this might be our last trip, though.
On the positive side, we always seem to be able to fit 15-20 people in under the big screen. Â On the negative side, there are NEVER enough servers. Â Last night the upstairs area was in use, and the main floor stayed pretty full, but I think there were only two servers to handle all of the patrons. Â It is not unusual for people in our group to go to the bar to order food and drinks, because drinks run dry before the servers gets back to us.
After reading the other two reviews, I'm not so sure that we haven't been overcharged in the past, since there is no itemized bill presented with the credit-card slips.
They also need to enforce their rule about caps being worn forward, and they need one for gang rags on the head.
Thankfully, I'm retiring in June. Â Hopefully, we can find a better venue for future get-togethers.
This place deserves to be empty...and it was.
1) Went there for the "free pool", as advertised on the web and the posted flyer on the door. Â Free pool, just so you know, cost us $2.25 for an hour.
2) The first thing the waitress told us was that she recommended the hot dog because, unlike the rest of their food, the hot dog doesn't make her sick. She literally said she made herself throw-up the previous night because the fish tacos were nauseating...though she admitted that she just tried the hot dog, and wasn't sure it would last the night.
3) Based upon the great reviews (and literally to see just how bad this $1 hot dog could be), I ordered it. Â When the hot dog arrived at the table, she said "oh, I forgot to mention that this was made by someone else", NOT the person who made her delicious hot dog, so she couldn't say if MINE would be "good or not".
4) I asked the waitress for any other food recommendations (trying to stay away from the food items that have apparently made her sick in the past), she said she would tell us if the items we ordered would be good or not. Â I asked about the grilled chicken salad and she said she had never had it so she didn't know, but then said it was good. Apparently what you don't have, can't make you sick...hence good.
5) During the ordering process, when we joked and said "we're going to go big and order some chips and salsa", that translated directly into "go ahead and charge for 2 orders without asking if that is correct." FYI, this is non-negotiable, according to the management.
6) The previous posts are correct. Â They don't give out itemized receipts, what was supposed to be a cheap and small $16 meal became $25.00 exactly before tip. Â They charged me $8 for a soda! Apparently sodas aren't free refills and they charge $3.75 each, though that little detail can't be found on any menu and they don't tell you this until you question your bill with the manager.
7) Grilled Chicken Salad, Chips + Salsa, 2 waters and a coke (as ordered) and free pool, became $32.50...double the price of what we actually ordered.
8) When going to their website to check their pool rates after this phenomenal night, my Internet Explorer caught a trojan virus being sent from their website. No joke!
If you dare go to this shady operation, bring a calculator, read the menu carefully, ask the waitress to read back the order before placing it, don't order the fish tacos (though we haven't had it, so they must be good), play plenty of $2/hr FREE pool.
I guess we should have known this was going to be an adventure when Google Maps told us the Pool Club was located on a bridge over a storm drain, about 2 blocks from the actual location.
I was there on a Saturday afternoon. Not crowded. I played pool, and ordered  beer and mixed drink. WOW! $15.00. Is this the cost for free pool.
As a comparison, at another place in town, I can get a  $12 pitcher and free pool. Of course until 7 pm. Thats more like it.
Other than that , not bad. But I do have other places.
