Wow, this seriously IS canton's best kept secret. It has amazing food with a self taught chef and several options for anyone!!!! their specials are always to die for! Yet their regular menu items (i frequent the fettuccine alfredo with blackened chicken- holy yum) .... i suggest you check this  hidden gem out :)
Review Source:I've had a number of food experiences at Prestier.  I love seafood, so noticing a few seafood items on their menu, I decided to give it a try.  Unfortunately, they were out of all seafood except their broiled catfish dinner.  Catfish is not my favorite seafood  choice, but I wanted seafood, so I gave it a try.  I was pleasantly surprised!  The fish wasn't fishy tasting and it was nicely seasoned to perfection.  It was the best catfish that I've ever had.  On the side I had asparagus speeds and a baked potato.  It was a perfect combination for my meal. Â
Like others have mentioned, this is a Pub and not necessarily the place that you would expect to have steak or seafood wins.
So far, this is a win!
This little known restaurant needs to be placed on everyone's list for outstanding food. Chef Rob is amazing. He specializes in steak and seafood. I had the walleye the night I was there. It was cooked to perfection. He made it known that he buys from Ohio farmers and tries to purchase fish from our surrounding areas. That is good for our local economy. Go there on Monday football and enjoy the food that Chief Rob prepares for the city each team represents. Give it a try!
Review Source:I read the review by Paul D and decided to try it out. Â Upon walking in the bar and restaurant do not reveal the treasure that this place is. Â We sat at the bar and ordered some drinks. Â I ordered the special. Â Although the food took a little while to show up it was incredibly delicious. Â My favorite is that it came with asparagus. Â That was a nice touch. Â I get tired of the same old sides. Â This is definitely the best kept secret in Canton and I will be going back as often as I can!
Review Source:Has to be one of Canton's best kept secrets. Â The night we were there there was only one other couple for dinner. Â My father-in-law introduced to the place and Robby the chef.
My wife had the pan seared black grouper served with an Ohio sweet corn relish and side of pasta. Â I had an Argentinian rub strip steak with a chimichurri sauce and a side of grilled asparagus. Â Just like Jen, my wife and I are lucky to travel the world and experience some great food. Â This was right up there with our most memorable meals.
Waitresses and bar tender were very friendly, which is always a plus. Â If you live in the area and don't have dinner there you are crazy.
