From my perspective, 5 stars is not enough! My accountant (no I'm not rich, he does my taxes) told me to go there as the best place in town. I did and now I am a regular. I usually get the food to go, but only call it in when I'm in a hurry. I prefer ordering in person and then sit and eat one of their bowls of great soup while waiting for my order. The wait staff are just amazingly friendly and accommodating (you want it we'll make it). Prices are extremely reasonable. This is an Asian restaurant not just Chinese as many reviews have noted, and I have never tried an item on the menu that was not excellent. I believe what makes this place stand out, besides the people, is that the ingredients to every dish are so incredibly fresh -- you can taste it. This place is better than any I have tried in the chinatowns of New York or San Francisco (where I have my local favorites in each of those).
Oh, I am writing this on the Chinese New Year, and since most (I think all) of the restaurant owners/worker are Chinese -- happy New Year to you, and continued success for ever!
I was driving through town on my way home and happened to search Yelp for sushi in New Windsor.  The stellar reviews led me to try this place and I was not disappointed.  I arrived at 845pm on a Sunday night and the place seemed deserted (I was the only customer).  It took a moment for anyone to realize I was there but instead of being annoyed with a last second customer as they were clearly trying to clean up in the kitchens, the hostess was welcoming and friendly and I was able to order whatever I wanted, which was the all-you-can-eat sushi meal for $21.  ($19 weekdays I think).  I was pleasantly surprised to find that this included the standard miso soup (pipping hot and good for the soul), salad, some kind of appetizer (I had gyoza), a desset (passed), unlimited regular maki/sushi and a limit to 2 "special" rolls.  I had 2 of the specials right away and they were unique and delicious.  I had a generic roll just to round things off.  At first I thought it was a bit off-color to call it "all you can eat" and then limit the number of "special" rolls, but they are so large that no average person would really need more than 2.  I could've had a third, but would've paid for it by being uncomfortably full.  The special rolls are almost all $12 or more à la carte, so 2 of those plus everything else you get definitely makes the deal worth it.  I'm glad I found this place!  Thanks Yelp!  If you live in the area and like affordable but nice sushi, this should be a staple.
Review Source:This place rocks! Â Chinese food is top notch, esp. for the area. Â My family has been here a few times and never had a bad meal. Â Sushi is also very good. Â I had the Sa-cha beef which is in a spicy brown sauce. Â It is super flavorful. Â Prices are really reasonable and the owner is very nice and accommodating. She even gave us a discount last time we were there! Â I highly recommend!!!
Review Source:What a lucky neighborhood to have QQ in the area... I would avoid thai on the menu the next time I come. For me, I just need to to focus my tummy on their sushi buffet. They don't skim on ingredients. Their sushi/rolls look and taste just like regular sushi on the menu... not smaller, no giant rice ball and a good size of fish. They have great chinese food too.
They pay attention to small details even like chopsticks (best quality for disposable chopsticks) and tea (amazing tea). They are willing to a modify their dish to satisfy their customers.
Been to the place a couple of times, both take-out and dine-in, and this place is amazing! Our go-to dish is the Beef Chow Fun. It's authentic and VERY GOOD! The rest of their food is also pretty good - haven't gone wrong with any of them yet (their Walnut Shrimp is also worth a try!). What's surprising is that in addition to the usual Asian rice and noodle dishes, they also have sushi! Their sushi selection and quality is one of the best around the area. The best deal is their sushi buffet. You get to pick what you want from a separate menu and the chef makes for you fresh. My favorite is the Snow White Roll: coconut shrimp inside, topped w/ crab, pineapple, strawberry sauce. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Best Asian restaurant around!
Review Source:We are absolutely huge fans of this small, unassuming restaurant. Â To call it a Chinese restaurant is to do it a disservice, as they have a little-bit of Thai, Japanese, and even some American food (really good buffalo wings!) on the relatively small menu. Â What really sets this restaurant apart from most Chinese restaurants (I hate to even call it that) is the care that they put into their offerings. Â We love to start with their crispy crab wontons, which is much like crab rangoon, but is brought to another level by the delicate flavor of the filling...they add a little honey, which makes a huge difference. Â Another favorite appetizer is their soup. Â The wonton soup is a very tasty broth (not at all greasy), and the wontons are the best that you will find outside of Chinatown. Â Don't be surprised if you ask for this soup and are told that they are sold-out...they make their own wontons fresh daily. Â Egg drop soup is a favorite for my kids, and they will even make egg-drop-wonton soup if you ask. Â
We are also fans of cold sesame noodles, which is not on the menu. Â We asked, and they made it for us perfectly (it's my mother-in-law's favorite). Â For main courses, my favorites are their Spicy Mongolian Beef (only, with the spicy dialed-back), they do accommodate special requests. Â My wife loves the Thai Red Curry Chicken, which is as-good as any Panang Chicken that we have had in finer Thai restaurants. Â Â The Walnut Shrimp is delicious as well. Â Even their "standards" (Sesame Chicken, General Tso's, Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, etc) stand-out for their excellent quality. Â Each dish that they prepare is served with a thoughtful amount of breading and/or sauce. Â You can really taste and enjoy the top-quality ingredients and fresh vegetables that they use. Â This is not in the same league as the sesame chicken that you get handed on a toothpick in the mall's food court. Â
If you happen to be a sushi fan (I'm not, but my kids are), theirs is excellent and well-priced. Â The sushi chef is so talented at making edible art. Â My kids love the hand-rolls, and even try some of the more exotic offerings at the owner's suggestion. Â We have often had sushi trays prepared for dinner parties, and have never been disappointed by the price, quantity, or quality. Â We will usually order a 12" platter of hand rolls and special rolls, and give a price-range that we want to be in. Â "Jerry" (the Sushi Chef) has never failed to make a beautiful tray for us, no matter the price-point, which we are always proud to serve (or bring as a hostess gift).
As for the price, service, and atmosphere...all are quite good. Â They offer daily lunch and dinner specials (always the same), which are around $6 and $9 respectively - I can't remember for sure, but they are very reasonable. Â An all-you-care-to-eat sushi dinner is under $20, and all their other plates are similarly quite reasonable. Â The atmosphere is a step-up from most small Chinese restaurants. Â They have seating available for about 30 people. Â It is clean, and pleasantly decorated. Â The service is always with a smile from Amy (the owner), Katy, Andrea, or especially Angela (the owner's young daughter). Â
My family is at QQ at least once or twice a week, and we are not the only regulars. Â Whenever we have similar food from another restaurant, it is not unusual for us to go-back to QQ the next day to have the dish like it should be prepared.
