Well I have ordered from here multiple times and today was the worst screw up yet. They have made a mistake on my pizza before and offered to buy 1 ingredient on my next one to make up for it. Dumb! This time I ordered a small pepperoni classic and received a small gluten free cheese. The " manager" I spoke with was the same lady that hooked me up with one free ingredient last time and she was rude and tried to blame me for the pizza being incorrect! Amazing management skills!!! I would fire that lady in a heartbeat! Thanks for nothing!!! Oh and by the way the gluten free crust sucks!

The sandwich was pretty good - definitely different. Â I'm not used to eating breaded steak with cheese and marinara sauce. Â Although, it didn't meet the expectations I had for it after reading the magazine, I would order it again! Â
My wife had the mostaccioli, which came in a good sized portion - enough to feed her, our 3 year old, with some left over. Â She enjoyed it.
We use to order their pizza at the Hinsdale location years ago, which is also pretty good. Â Overall, a solid place for take-out sandwiches, pastas, and dinner. Â Will definitely be back.
Ordered a pizza tonite and it arrived ICE COLD - not even slightly lukewarm!
Called and the shift manager said he did not have the authorization to give me a refund - offered to send out another pizza (which would take an additional hour after the hour we already waited).
Never ordering from here again
Sends out coupons and never honors them. Been receiving the same special offer in the mail for weeks, Extra large two topping pizza with 20 boneless wings $24.95. When I call to order mentioning the coupon I am told that is for one topping only.So I say ok, sausage is one topping. Then I am told the promo was over a month ago. So why are you still sending out the coupon?? Sounds like bait and switch to me.
Review Source:Oh for heaven's sake. I work at Argonne and had to work through normal lunch hour. When I was finished with my task, the cafeteria was closed. (Oh don't get me started.) So I decided to venture off-campus and try Rosati's.
When I got inside, the tv was on - never a good sign. I ordered a slice of veggie pizza. The clerk handed me a box from the warming oven. I opened the box, saw tomatoes, sprinkled it with peppers and sat down to eat.
My first bite was full of sausage -- unusual on a veggie pizza. So I came back to the counter and said there had been a mistake.
The clerk told me, "Oh, no, it wasn't a mistake. We just don't have veggie slices. This one has peppers on it, though, like the veggie."
I asked if I could have a slice of plain cheese instead.
"No, this was the only slice we have, so I gave it to you."
I kind of expected my mom to appear and say, "What do you think this is, a
restaurant?"
She offered to prepare a mini-pizza, but I was in a hurry to get back to work. So I asked for a refund, which I received pretty quickly. (Hence the second star.)
And incidentally -- the Buona Beef veggie sandwich is fairly decent. :)

This sandwich was was to big for me bit it was delicious. I was sleeping in class 1hr in from lunch. I'd not fly to Chicago for it but if you're the area give it a try.
Hey there shorter Italian guy with the giant guns. How about you go make me a yummy sammich, get a little sweaty while doing it, take your shirt off, and them gimme my sammich to eat which I watch you flex. Awwww yea.
Oh, sorry, went into fantasyland there for a minute. Ahem, yes, well, the front counter guy had some rather nice arms and I may have become distracted. Lucky for me, Brad C. was there to tell me what I should eat or I may have just stood there drooling.
We both ordered the "Chief" on garlic bread, and oh what decadent yumminess it was. I barely got through half of it before I was stuffed. Mmmmm. Kind of want one now.
So, yes, go get yourself one. They are very tasty.
