I'm not a big fan of chain food spots but the food here is good, reasonably priced, and the service is above average.  The salad bar is clean and filled with good, fresh veggies.  The best part about the place is that it's usually not nearly as busy as surrounding chains, which makes it a nice alternative to the long waits on traditionally busy days.

Stuck in Mall Hell, waiting for a car repair, we needed food.  My spouse remembered that Ruby Tuesdays had a veggie burger, so we slipped in.  No more veggie burger though.  And the avocado quesadilla is gone too.

But can you believe they have a *vegan spaghetti squash* with zucchini and a nice sweet tomato sauce on the menu?  No restaurant I've ever been in has spaghetti squash.  Not too many people even know what this is.  I saw a little life coming back into my ever-skeptical husband's eyes.  This would work for the gluten-free and lower carb crowd too.

And there were edamame beans on the salad bar.  From where is such exoticism coming???

The wine list wasn't half bad either, with stuff like Petite Syrah and Old Vine Zin -- and you can order your glass of wine in two sizes.  I ordered the small, and she brought me the large.  Oh well, thank you!

Service was ultra perky all the way.  We expected little and were cheered up on a bad day -- and the repair was less than $100, so it must have been good luck.

Normally, I think Ruby Tuesday is very consistent across the board...good food, good atmosphere, good service and reasonable prices.

Unfortunately, this Ruby's didn't live up to those expectations on a brunch visit with my family.

The service was completely lacking.  No water, took forever for the OJ and coffee to come out and refills were almost non-existent.   The place wasn't busy at all so I'm not sure what happened with the service.

Well at least the atmosphere was consistent with other Ruby locations...

Generally speaking, I enjoy Ruby Tuesday. It's decent food at reasonable prices, plus I'm a big fan of the salad bar. My family probably eats here every other month.

However, while visiting this particular location in early April 2011, I slipped and fell while holding my infant daughter. Luckily, she was not hurt and I only bruised my knee and my pride.

The problem was that, upon reporting the slippery condition of the floor to the hostess, I was informed that it was a good thing the employees wear non-skid shoes! She showed absolutely no concern for the safety of me or my daughter, and instead blathered on about her own shoes. Luckily, another employee placed a "wet floor" cone over the location.

I was disturbed by the hostess's attitude and contacted the corporate office via email a few days later to let them know what happened. I recieved a phone message asking for a call back. I did this and left a message, but I never heard from them.

As a result, I'm very torn on whether I would visit the restaurant again.
