Sabor de Mexico

Tongue tacos like you cannot believe! I think they might mix in some shredded beef or something, but the taste is decidedly tongue-y and in a very, very good way. On the other hand, the pastor is a joke--really they may have been having been playing a joke on me-- it is chopped, unmarinated pork with pineapples and chipotles. But the carnitas and the asada I had were also very good. Will have to go back and try the tortas, sopes, and the rest, but 5 stars for the tongue (I know, I know--that's what she said--sorry I couldn't help it).
