Tacos Sinaloa

Meh.  I am usually not easily bugged by these sorts of things, but the location of Tacos Sinaloa may not be for the faint of heart.  Located along the no-man's land section of E. Colfax in Aurora, snuggled between residential hotels is a liquor store parking lot featuring a taco cart with a neat little awning.  A number of folks hang out in the parking lot, which can feel a bit ominous, but for the most part, people mind their own business.  All of this would be worth the effort for the right taco stand, but sadly, this is not the place.  With no adovado on hand, I opted for the asada (they also have buche, lengua and tripas).  The meat was chewy and flavorless - a major disappointment.
