FALSE ADVERTISING

Was on vacation visiting family and Sandy Parrot had a giant sign at the road stating "$9.99 specials Sunday- Thursday 3-5". We planned our day around this and came in around 4 and were given a limited menu with pricing starting at $16.99. We asked for the special and they said they don't offer it on Sundays or Wednesdays?!? Not only did they not honor the special price but the normal menu wasn't even available because it was a music "tribute night" We left and ate at Bahama Breeze.

My parents eat out a lot and have a lot of guests to entertain. I doubt they will ever try Sandy Parrot again.

Invited to join some friends for a meal and watch a great 'oldies' band, the Del-Rays!  What a great time.  The crowd was friendly, fun and happy.  Food was great and not expected at a Tiki Bar.  If you are looking for a good time with some fun people, head to the Sandy Parrot.  We will definitely return when in the area.  We sat at the bar and it was great.  The dance floor filled up from the first note from the band.  Mixed ages but majority of middle aged folks enjoying the music we grew up on.  What a blast!

Great entertainment, great food, great specials BUT very poor service. Went on a Friday night and sat at bar with group. Probably would have spent twice as much if could have ordered drinks.
Seemed that bar staff had blinders on.
