As others have said, this is simply a great place.
- Clean, well designed restaurant, with a relaxed ambiance and friendly, professional and attentive service
- Full Thai menu with all options customizable to your taste. From oil-free, salt-free, vegan or sugar-free to spicy or mild; they will make your items exactly as you like with no fuss.
- lots of menu options and the small plate style is a plus. Most plates we saw are more than enough for sharing
- All of the items we tried were very fresh and flavorful. Papaya salad was fresh, crunchy and delicious, with just the right citrus touch to the dressing. The Crab fried rice wgoads locate enought to taste the crab and not greasy at all. Tom Yum Shrimp soup was spicy (like I like) and the shrimp and mushrooms were perfectly cooked. For dessert we split an order of Thai donuts which I usually wouldn't eat but they were perfectly light and flaky.
- The beer list is extensive and the prices are very, very reasonable ($3.50) for most selections with a few higher ends, harder to find beers.
- they also offer a few combination options on the tapas which were very affordable. We did not order try them this time because they were "chefs selection" and not what  we were in the mood to eat, but we will check them out in the future.
Overall, I'd give them an A. The service was professional and courteous, the music and decor set a relaxed ambiance, everything from the front door to the bathroom as exceptionally clean and everything we tried was very good. They definitely have given my former favorite Thai restaurant a run for their money. I recommend you check them out.
When I go back to a restaurant three times in one week, you know it's gotta be good.
My family has known owner, Ning, for a while now. We were very happy to find out that she was opening her own Thai restaurant near our house!
I was never a huge fan of Tapas style menus. This is the first time I have seen a Thai Tapas establishment. I love Thai food and never know what to eat! Now, I can enjoy several small dishes and get a nice variety!
I have tried several items and have loved every one of them, save one. I have to admit, the beef satay was not my favorite. But, every other one was amazing. I especially LOVE the Siam Rice Wings. These wings are juicy, crispy and delicious. The sauce is excellent with a nice little spicy kick.
The Papaya Salad is something that I had not tried before. It was very good and also has quite a hit to it. I loved the Wonton Soup! The broth is very flavorful and the wontons are made from rice paper so they are very light. The dumplings are made the same way.
My favorite main dish, so far, is the Crispy Curry Duck. It's probably the best I have had, and I LOVE duck curry.
I've had several other dishes, but the ones I have mentioned above are my favorites. I have friends that are quite stubborn and will never admit that any Thai restaurant could be better than Thai House II in North Miami Beach. Sorry guys, this place is better!
Oh, I should mention that the service is very good too and I love the atmosphere!
I'm glad to see a professional Asian restaurant after two failed business within a few years at this very location. Nice touch with the decor, menu, and the ambiance. Little things can make a big impact. Being local, I see myself dining here very often in the future. I noticed even my co-workers don't mind the 10-minutes drive to have their lunches here.
Good job Siamrice!
I was really surprised by this place. The beer list is long and has interesting choices from all over the world (try the Laotian beer for a complex and flavorful dark beer) and Florida. The Asian inspired tapas we tried was well portioned and the Tom Yum Goong was worth one of the better ones I've had. The service was engaging and attentive. All this and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a new favorite.
Review Source:Was there two days ago for lunch with my co-workers. LOVE IT!!! Food was amazing. I eat a lot of Thai food and cook curry at home. I got the red curry with shrimp and tofu. Very good! Was spicy like I asked. Generous portions for lunch. My friend got the panang curry with chicken. I like that also. I think I will try the panang curry next. Its not as sweet as red curry; but red curry is coconut based, so its a little sweeter.
The other people got pad thai and that was good as well. Their lunch portions was very big. But we also ordered to-go another order of pad thai and the to-go portion was not as big...don't know if that was a fluke....
The restaurant was very clean and decor was nice.
But overall, would definitely go there again. I am so happy to have a thai place for lunch nearby!
