Skyline Chili

I'm sure my meal was like a 1000 calories... but it was delicious!!
Got the bean and rice 4 way with habanero cheese!!
The small size is plenty of food!! It's layered spagetti with beans and rice and onions and a mound of cheese on top. Ridiculous! It was perfect for the cold weather though.

This is "their" kind of place:

The little guys rule here. In this establishment you will find the much desirable 2/3-size chill--- dogs.
This is the way "they" like them. Stacked high with about two inches of mild cheese. Very easily covering any sharp flavors. Also it is easier for "them" to finish "their" plates. Allowing the parents to praise them in public. Also leaving room to try things like a few French fries.

When I was there, a grandpa was playing a "tough love" stance with a little guy. He didn't have room to finish his food. But the minute desert was mentioned the little guy got hungry and kind of started fussing. Something about he had room for peppermint ice cream (like grandpa was going to have), but not enough for his food. Since he couldn't finish eating he wouldn't get any. (It was a very supportive environment for a grandpa to win).

Skyline also has older people who come in. Read one of the many newspapers lying around, with a cup of coffee. It is a very good way to economize.

Skyline is a required stop whenever I go visit family in Ohio! The cheese coneys are amazing paired with a Three-way, which sounds dirtier than it is. I just prefer to have my chili on spaghetti without the raw onions or beans!
