Spice Restaurant

Tried this new restaurant in the newly renovated Holiday Inn. I never eat at a hotel restaurant, but heard good things so decided to try it for snacks and a drink. Inside the new hotel is decorated very trendy, like a W hotel and the theme continues into the restaurant.  Snazzy white frosted glass bar that lights up, indirect blue lighting from the ceiling.  I sat down at the bar, ordered a beer and snacks.  They have a nice beer selection and the appetizers at the bar were pretty good - can't recall exactly what i had, but the bartender recommendations were spot on. There was a buzz in the lobby as a wedding and other private parties were going on.  Overall, I'd go back and would consider this a place to stop for drinks and light food.
