Ruby Tuesday

Love ruby Tuesdays! Everyone here was friendly, food was great, and clean!

Maybe just my misfortune of bad timing but the srvice was very un even borderline horrible the food was  ok though.

In terms of the Good-Time Eatery genre of restaurants, this Ruby Tuesdays is below average.  Perhaps it's the excess foot traffic from the mall, but this location seems dirtier than others I've visited.  Likewise, the restrooms on both occasions I have visited have required serious attention--think Port-o-Potty, but with ceramic tiles.

The service was average, our first time here, we experienced great service, which encouraged our decision to return.  Upon our subsequent visit, however, getting a refill was like hailing a NYC cab during rush-hour.

The salad bar, normally a buffet of awesome, was sparse and in desperate need of attention.  

I will likely eat here again if I'm shopping at the mall, but it will be with some trepidation.
