Sbarro Restaurant

I'm not even going to dignify this place with a formal review. For the record, I get that when eating mall pizza  your expectations should be low, but this place is unforgiveable even for those standards.

Here is a tip, Sbarro management - pizza has a shelf life. You simply cannot bake off a set of pizzas in the morning and let the slices sit for hours and hours until purchased. The pizza oven, contrary to your apparent thinking, does NOT soften the cheese, or re-hydrate the pizza slice... in fact it makes it worse - re-re-reheated pizza gets hard, almost to a lip cutting state, and sucks out whatever little flavor may once have been there...

Last - Oh "manager" who I told about this inedible concotion - customer service should be at the top of your list, and you should have gladly replaced the pizza slices we ordered when I asked. "I'm sorry, I'm not allowed to do that once they leave the window" is not an answer, and you have lost my business permanently. I hope you as readers do the same.

Ick, ick, double ick. It looked delicious, but wasn't. The buttery crust earns this mall brand two stars, but I wouldn't recommend it. First of all, I don't like fast food.

But this was borderline gross. What would you expect on a piece of cheese pizza? Well, namely cheese, right? But wait, it didn't have sauce either.

A veneer of cheese? Sauceless crust? Not impressed. Not ever trying it again. I'm not even inspired enough to write a longer review for this crap vendor.

For mall pizza, you can't go wrong.  But, I do remember the slices being bigger in years past...
