KFC

Terrible, terrible, terrible. We went here today for dinner and was not impressed. Bad service. Only 1 out of the 8 drinks they offer worked. Place was hot, not very clean, and the people working there were not telling people ordering that the drinks were not available.

I just finally called to complain to KFC Customer Service about this location.  I mainly only go to KFC for the pot pies and this location NEVER has any.  They always say they are out of pot pies.  Well then take it off the menu or ask management to order more.  If you really run out like that then place your next order for more.....but I doubt that is the issue.  Probably too lazy to make that on top of the chicken that you never have ready either.  This location just plain sucks.  Even Waukegan and Zion have better service and quantity...this is "Gurnee". Step it up people....

I wanted fried chicken like nobody's business, so it hit the spot. The service wasn't bad either. We had to wait extra for them to finish up a batch of chicken and they threw in some extra biscuits for the wait. It was greatly appreciated.

The secret ingredients still taste the same, but I think they cook it differently or are using much inferior chicken than when I was young. It just didn't hit the spot the way it used to. The skin was almost soggy instead of crispy. I was sad.

This will do the trick if you're in a hurry and need a quick chicken fix. I still think the chicken is OK, but not as good as it used to be. The biscuits are nice and the boxed potatoes weren't offensive. I still don't understand the whack-n-cheese.
