Hard to find on Ventura Blvd. I actually thought another bar was the Spitting Chicken until I looked closer at the name of the restaurant. Â Came here after work on a Friday night and it was packed, but our waitress was very attentive and super sweet. We ordered 2 blonde mexicans, a strawberry margarita, nachos and calamari and our bill was $60 something. Not too bad. Â I might come back.
Review Source:love coming here during the week or winds...great drinks and food for decent prices. every day there are specials so you can drink and eat cheaply if you desire, especially on the weekends when they spin the $5 shot wheel. Â the macho nachos are the best food on the menu, and the tequila shrimp is also really good. Â if you want to go crazy, make sure to thy the loaded corona and the double coronarita. Â bartenders and waiters are nice and attentive. only down side is that the bouncers can be rude. they randomly try to enforce a dress code but only for males. Â they say that men cannot wear shorts but women can....strange but not always consistent with rules. all in all i go very often for over a year now. always a good time for sporting events and friends.
Review Source:Food was awful. The chicken wings were like soggy wet diaper wings. I had half if one and left the rest. My husband is pretty sure he is gonna get good poisoning from the enchilada and regrets eating it. Our friend's burger looked like it had a bite taken out of it. The service was awful
It took FOREVER and the place wasn't even packed. It's a shame cuz it's in a good location. Just fix the food and the service.
