Up In Smoke Hookah Lounge

I've been coming to this place for years now. They have always greeted me with respect - even while being military and expressing it freely, this place has always being gracious and even comped a hookah last 4th of July for our service. We've always had great service and have known the owners for years. Truly wonderful people who care about their customers and can still laugh and joke around. Their hookah is always great, new flavors, and always good atmosphere. The food is pretty good - I'd recommend either the kebab or the gyro. For dessert, the mousse cake is to die for - that's for all you chocolate lovers!! I've tried a couple other hookah places to see how they would compare....there isn't! I am a solid supporter for Up in Smoke. As long as these guys continue their great service and atmosphere, whenever I'm in town, I'll be going there.

Mediocre hookah and price is high service is super slow for getting charcoal or refills and they dnt leave u a tong so u can move the coals ur self

Pros: its a nice and chill place with good music playing and the outside is noce in summer time servers are friendly and food is decent, tea is good though

Myself and some friends have been on a hookah binge lately, usually we just chill on Sunday's you know to lay back, relax, talk about work life, women, sports, and etc... We have gone to a bunch of different hookah joints and really have had lack luster responses to pretty much all of the places we have been. The main thing that all of them have in common. Terrible customer service. It's a joke really, you get better service at the DMV than some of these places.

When we walked into Up in smoke, we were immediately greeted by the owner (i am assuming) and you know he was nice and etc. We were then sat down and our waitress was very nice and very good in recommending hookah and etc... We ordered some crazy combo and it was really good.

This review is not about the decor, place, parking or etc..

This is about the amazing customer service I have ever got in my life. The waitress was very nice and friendly and would always refill my tea when I never really asked for it and etc.. The owner was so down to earth and chill it was tight.

To all the hookah places.. LMFAOOOOOOOOOOO @ You. You just got dumped on by Up in smoke.
