Boyfriend and I went here on a Saturday afternoon. After a group of 6 older gentlemen left, it was us 2 and about 6 others. We sat in the middle of the bar, ordered our first beer, paid, and tipped a dollar. Right off the bat, the red headed bartender seemed to have a bad attitude and wasn't friendly at all. I finished my beer and at that time the bartender had gone outside to presumably smoke. After 15 minutes, she came back and both of our beers were empty. She passed us right up and proceeded to serve the other side of the bar then talk to them for 10 minutes. She made her way back towards us but still did not acknowledge us or our empty glasses. Â After 5 more minutes of being ignored, we left. Very disappointed because we've had great experiences here with other bartenders.
Review Source:Cheap liquor = bad hangovers and that is what you should expect if you drink at St. James place. Â They might of got the name after a long night of drinking, not sure but maybe St. James is the patron saints of hangovers.
Now, if you are on a budget, this place is where you want to go.
