Stan's Sports Bar

Have been going here for years. They treat my wife and I like family. Only problem is what happened to "Big Stan". He is no longer working there. Anyone know what happened to him. Workers won't say. Not the same without him.

As far as Yankee Stadium pre and post game dive bars are concerned, Stan's is the only place to go.   If you are a Yankee fan (I'm not) then Stan's is probably already part of your stadium vocabulary.

Complete dive bar ... but well worth the trip.

Ok so I need to say I went to a game on a Tuesday. Which means I did not experience the bar super packed or nuts. As you know it's across from the stadium, which made it nice for beer. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the food. I was literally sad I had to eat the hotdogs I ordered.
