I frequent the mall and honestly It's one if the best options in that dismal food court surrounded by restaurants that "jacuzzi" or "easy bake oven" food that was cooked hours ago. I mean it's the freshest food option other than a fried weenie on a stick next door. The food is good and the service is great, no complaints at all.
And to all the people complaining, yeah you're all entitled to your opinions, but take the restaurant for what it is. It's a fast food place (sandwiches are made in about 5 - 7 mins if they aren't busy) located in an outlet mall 40 miles away from civilization, this isn't a Michelin star restaurant so stop being so hard on them and turn off your "foodie" pretentiousness.
My boyfriend and I decided to eat here because the Primm fashion outlets mall has like 5 places to eat. We looked at each place for like 10 minutes before settling on here. This place looked the best out of all the food places there. It's a Philly cheese steak type of place but they have off items like burgers and chicken nuggets.
First we tried to order the chicken nuggets. The guy said they were out and apologized. I still really wanted to get something from here so I got a Philly cheese steak sandwich with mushrooms, onions, peppers, and cheese. Â The guy threw in a drink since both my and my boyfriend didn't get our chicken, so after debating, my boyfriend also decided to get something else from here. He wanted a baked potato. He tried yo order but the guy once again said that they were also out of that. He apologized very sincerely and a few times. So my boyfriend ended up ordering a burger. It took sort of a while to get it because there was only the one guy working... but the guy was so nice and must have felt so bad for us trying to order because he comp'd the burger for my boyfriend.
He was a younger guy with a shaved head and tattoos. He was kind of quiet and tough looking but he was very very nice and definitely knew how to handle the business. We really wanted to give him business after he was so nice the first time with the free drink, and we were so pleasantly surprised to get the burger comp'd as well so we went up and thanked him as well as put a $5 tip in his jar.
I'd recommend here because of the good service as well as the good food! My cheese steak sandwich was REALLY GOOD! The steak fries also looked REALLY good!
I got the teriyaki chicken sandwich, which came with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, and cheese. It was delicious, and about 7-8 inches long. Filled me up just right. The fries were thick, like steak fries, and I couldn't finish them all. I got green tea to drink, that was really good too.
So why 3 stars? A sandwich, fries and drink cost $10.14..way too much for a food court, I could've gone to Chili's for that price!
Inside mall food court. Fries not cooked completely. Bread soggy from meat juices.
Memorial Day Weekend. Stuck on the 15 South. Hungry.
It was about an hour and a half into our drive and everyone in the car was not looking happy. Â Justin E. decided we should check out what was nearby, so using my handy dandy Yelp App and we found Steak N More. Â What got us was Josh F.'s review. Â He said there was a Vegetarian Philly Cheese Steak, and our Vegetarian friend was intrigued.
BAD MISTAKE.
First off, we could not find it. Â We assumed it was a restaurant, but turns out, it was in the Food Court of the Primm Outlet Mall.
Not a big fan of Philly Cheese Steak, I ordered a Hamburger Combo. Â They can't go wrong with it, right? WRONG.
My bread was soggy with meat juice... an experience I've never had and don't care to have ever again, my french fries were not cooked entirely, and everything was simply awful and NOT worth the price we paid. Â
Overall, never, ever going again.
A hell of a veggie sandwich at this spot! Â Who would have though, of all places, Primm, NV population 1100 would make a bomb veggie imitation philly cheese steak? Â You would think they ate tourists in Primm and the locals were out of the Hills Have Eyes but no, this was great. Â I love these kinds of sandwiches and this is the first one that didn't make me feel ill, and I had a 5 hour drive to think about! Â If you are ever in Primm, go here....i think its one of 6 food establishments there fyi. Â Yay Primm, the New Vegas.
