Street Road Bar and Grill

Well, this place was okay.
It is huge and had a pool table, DJ, and darts.  But has the smallest bar ever!  I didnt really understand those logistics.
Everyone there was eating and it the plates looked delicious but I wasnt hungry so I couldnt partake.  
The prices for drinks were reasonable.
The music was good- except for when he cut off Santeria in the middle of the song!  Not cool!
I'll come back.  Maybe.  No rush.

I would have given this place only 2 stars but the third is a combo for amazing wings and a great dj on NYE.

NYE- of course the bf's plane is delayed until 10:30pm and we are staying way up at the Crown plaza in Trevose.  Instead of paying an exorbitant charge somewhere else we decided to wander down to the Street Rd Bar and Grill.  $1 domestic bottles on NYE until 12 and fairly cheap food.  There was a dj and about 6 tv's displaying NYC.

Overall pleasant enough 2 hours spent on NYE however beware EVERYONE SMOKES!  Oh Bensalem when will you ban those wretched sticks?  Other than that I would go only during drink special time and make sure to order the wings.

It is behind the Hotters so make sure to turn off street rd into Hooters or you will miss it.

Upon first walking in "redneck"  will probably come to mind.  I overheard some people joking about it when they walked in.  But thats only at first appearance. Persons from all backgrounds seem to frequent the place.   It is a relatively small place with 2 pool tables, a juke box, and a pretty good menu.  The food is typical bar food-wings, steaks, fries, etc.  But I have never had something that I did not like from them.  I've only been on "off nights" (during the week) but have had some good times.   The music selection is diverse since customers pick songs from the juke box.  One minute its Jay-Z  and the next its the Killers. Of course, you way witness the occasional make out session but nothing over the top.  Anyway, Its not worth a special trip but if you're in the area and just wanna hang out with your friends-worth stopping by.  .
