I must say that I was extremely impressed with this place from the start. There sushi is pretty awesome and they have good combination rolls. The inside is contemporary and fun. I also found the service to be very friendly and the bubble tea to be nontraditional but awesome nonetheless! Definitely going back!
Seaweed salad was awesome,
Went in here on a whim, and am so glad I did. Â The atmosphere was cozy, casual, and clean. Â The staff was very friendly. Â I ordered a seaweed salad and a "Macs" special roll: crab tempura, shrimp, mango, avocado, with crunch topping and spicy mayo. Â The portions were very generous, the rolls were huge! It was prepared very well, the tempura was very crisp, good filling to rice ratio, and the mango added a nice tangy sweetness. Â The manager/owner gave me a complimentary temaki sushi cone of spicy crab meat, which I could barely eat because I was stuffed from the sushi (and I'm rarely stuffed by one sushi roll). Â He checked in often and was very pleasant, and by the way he spoke with other customers he seemed very accommodating and friendly. Â
I'm definitely coming back because I saw a lot of menu items that I wanted to try. Though they may not be the most authentic, I love trying creative special rolls, and there were a few combinations I don't see much elsewhere.  One tiny nitpick is that I love eel the most, and I didn't see as much of it in the special rolls as I do at other places.  Though it's mostly Japanese food, there is also a Korean menu which has a lot of items I'm  intrigued to try. Â
One downside is that their own parking "lot" is tiny, I managed to get a spot on a slow Sunday evening, but I have no idea where I'd park any other night. Â But overall, fun menu, good service, and fair prices.
This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I come here religiously. This is the ONLY place I eat sushi. I was utterly disgusted by sushi before coming here and trying it. The fish is always fresh, and the taste and quality are always consistently amazing. The gyoza and steamed dumplings are to die for. Owner & Staff is accommodating and friendly and sushi chef is excellent! Also super clean! Prices are extremely fair/cheap for a sushi joint. Highly recommend this place!!!
Review Source:Sushi is average. Bubble tea is a must here! If it wasn't for the tea I would never go. The service is terrible. Waitress disappears for 15 minutes at a time and the owner just sits at the front not doing anything while it takes way too long to prepare 2 hand rolls when my friend and I are the only two in the entire place. Only good for a quick bite or bubble tea fix.
Review Source:I ran in the other night to give this place a shot.  The restaurant looks clean and staff was VERY friendly.  I tried the Tuna express set.  The tuna sets the tone for any sushi place in my opinion.  The Role was good and what a spicy tuna role should be with a little more kick to it.  The sashimi was good but not the best I have had.  Other customers were loving their meals and raving to the chef.  I will deff return and give it  more of a chance.  Dragon rolls looked great
Review Source:What a great find! Not that many good Sushi restaurants in our area and thanks to Yelp we gave this one a try and was not disappointed. Top attentive service, their Bubble Tea was to die for, and the Sushi UN-surpassed. Food was fresh and the place was very neat and clean or brand new. We'll be back!
Review Source:What a wonderful resturant. Been going there with members of my family over the past 6 month +. Chef Andy is renowned and his creativity and craft is second to none. The food is very fresh and inventive. The dragon roll selections can't go wrong. Service is top grade. Can't say enough about Susi Express
Review Source:Decent rolls and nigiri. Some interesting spicy sauces in some of their rolls. Not too pricey. Forget about finding Toro or more traditional japanese items here, though. Their chriashi should also be avoided. (Lettuce? Really?) it's a Japanese joint being run by non-Japanese people, so these discrepancies are to be expected.
