I like how I don't have to go all the way to the Broadway location to get a Nick's Crispy Tacos fix. However, not only is parking hard here, but it's hard to even get seated. Best bet is to probably take it to go.

Stopped in to catch game and they will have whatever the game you're looking for. Lots of TVs. Great crowds yet STILL spacious. Lively bartenders quick with the all day Tecate specials or solid selection of drafts. Trumer Pils a favroite local brew.

Highly recommend if living in SF or visiting.

I've been compelled to taco bout' this bar that's reminiscent of a New Orleans shotgun house.  Why's it called a shotgun house you ask?  Instant history lesson: You, fellow Yelper, can open fire from the front door and it will make it's way through each room to the back door.  Shotgun houses are a Feng Shui enthusiast's nightmare.  I diverge, back to this review.

Interior: A narrow hallway separates the bar from tables that line the wall.  The pro in that consists of simply being able to snatch up extra napkins and their bottled version of carafes for water.  Sports flags hang from the ceiling and a few TV's line the length of the bar.  Big ups for the basketball game in the back by some picnic table seating.  Typical, nothing to write home about.  A sports bar-esque establishment in the Sunset deserves a chance to surprise me and become my watering hole.

Food: The BF and I split chicken nachos.  Just going to say that I'd rather risk the hot sloppy's from everyone's favorite 3am fourth meal destination.  I say this because I'm not a fan of shredded chicken, especially when it's drenched in whatever red sauce that was completely devoid of any Mexican seasonings.  It's also safe to note that I'm not a crock pot concoction aficionado.  The stuff triggers thoughts of soft food that's easy on dentures.  I'm neither a teething infant or a toothless geriatric, so I'll pass on the chicken anything at Underdog's.  You know, it's difficult to settle for non-authentic Mexican in California, in general.  Anyways, word on the streets is that they have Taco Tuesdays here with drink specials.  But I'm a good Samaritan, so make your way to Blue Light on Union in the Marina for better food and drink specials on Taco Tuesday.  De nada.

Service: Was there.  No silverware for sloppy nachos nor a refill on our water carafe.  The server was present.

Underdog's again?  No bueno.  Gonna trek to San Jose for my taco fix from now on.

Yea, this review is boring.  My BF noted that Yelpers either have too many good reviews or too many bad reviews.  This is my attempt at meeting somewhere in the middle.  Proof positive that mediocre places don't deserve reviews because there's obviously NOTHING substantial to say.  Take this review as my sincerest attempt at describing an erroneous place we visited next door to the closed KFC.  Oh yea, that's why we ended up there. Lates.
