Another small, smokey bar that I like to frequent. Cheap drinks and so close to home I could walk...and I have... and I probably will again.

I had the pleasure of attending a birthday party here and enjoyed every minute of it!  It's cash only and I feel like it helps (A LOT) to know somebody.  I happen to be there on a night with excellent music via the jukebox and the bartender was cute and friendly.  The only down side for me is that you're allowed to smoke in the bar.  I had forgotten how much I dislike coming home from a night out and have smoke saturate my entire being.

Is this a first review?  Okay kids, the name of this bar stands for "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch".  The place is old and dirty just like we like it.  Cash only, no cards.  There is a small patio and I mean small.  Darts and pool tables and juke box.  Live music sometimes.  The service is very friendly.  Rumor has it that this is one of the oldest bars in Arlington.  I can't remember whether Stagecoach or the Why Not Bar has the other oldest liquor license.....
