This place is the epitome of mediocrity for me. It's not bad but there is nothing that makes it jump out in my mind.
The location helps keep this place busy, especially during happy hour. Many people from my job come here after work and it does not really matter what day. I don't drink but my consider co-workers still keep inviting me to join them for a swig after work. I almost always decline but I have been here on a few occasions. I have tried the chips and queso, which a lot of people swear by.
My issue is that I don't like Tex-Mex/Americanized Mexican food too much. If we are talking about authentic Mexican grub, well then, that's a whole different story. Staff is attentive. I'm sure you can run into interesting people here, since so many employees in the Perimeter area come to unwind after work.
I don't mind coming again for a work function, but I doubt I would ever come here of my own accord.
So so Mexican food. Tacos are hit or miss the Philly cheese taco was really good. The chicken fajita taco, not so much. Not sure how a Mexican place can make a bad fajita taco. Cheese dip is real thick and served Luke warm. Chips are good but not seasoned equally, some have none and some have way too much
