Although the drinks are a bit on the pricey side ($12.00 for a regular gin martini), the seating and view is worth it. One of the best views of the harbor that you can get, nice front patio seating and at night the lit torches add a wonderful romantic ambiance to your cocktail. Take a date there for sure for great views and great conversation!

    Teenie - weenie - *whoops* - Martini!
Drinking cocktails in the sun, while overlooking the bay? OH YES! You want it. No, let me rephrase: you NEED it!

Day one of our Florida roadtrippin' galore and we decided to explore St. Augustine. After all, it's known as "the Ancient City" and "the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement and port". Nothing wrong with a little touristy quote now and then ;-). We parked our car and Tip from Flip: Parking along the Avenida Menendez is FREE on Sunday's!

The Tini Martini is a hotel / cocktailbar (with live jazz music at night to get you in the Great Gatsby mode) and for the decor alone is this a must see! The whole interior just breathes southern decadence. But in a good way! And the cocktails... oh my friends let me tell you about the fabulous martinis: pear & pineapple is my new favourite combination and for a midday cocktail I would like to suggest: The coffee martini. Sitting on a warm day, overlooking the bay & blue ocean, you feel like drinking an iced coffee. It melts on your tongue, the coffee keeps you awake before the vodka kicks in.

The staff is just beautiful: super friendly and they know their liquors... They don't pour your glass completely full, so you can walk safely outside to the terrace without spilling your drink. And, they give you the mini cocktailshaker so you can fill up your glass yourself and have an extra sip. Drinking cocktails here was the BEST way to start our trip!

We visited this bar Christmas Eve.  The bar looked beautiful all lit up and it was busy and everyone looked like they were having a good time.  We finaly found an available table (there's a reason it's called tini - it's definitely small.)  It was busy because it was Christmas Eve.  The staff was too small for the crowd and apparently they disgruntled to be working on Christmas Eve because they were EXTREMELY rude - unless of course, they knew you - then you received primo service.  We expected to wait for a table and wait for service.  It took 25 minutes for a server to take our order - I found that a little long.  It took another 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive.  Then when they did finally arrive, the server "slung" them at us and walked away and never came back.  The table next to us was know to the staff.  They pushed tables together to accommodate the large party (other tables had people crammed together and/or standing) and the staff checked on that "known" group twice in the time it took to get our drinks.  Their drinks arrived in minutes and everyone got a cocktail napkin on which their drinks were gingerly placed and not slung.  It was sad and disappointing.  We went to No Name Bar and had a way better staff and much better drinks!!

All good, awesome time every time. Stop in and see Carissa, she's a blast. Seriously, stop in here for a martini or just a beer. Great spot for water views and people watching.

On second thought, don't go here. I like it when it's quiet. :)

We love ending the day in St. Augustine with a martini here. The wait staff always friendly and efficient. The best atmosphere in town. Sitting outside with the torches lit and twinkling white Christmas lights and a view of the harbor, doesn't get much better. Chocolate martinis are like desert.

Great Location if the service was even marginal, however, in my mind the location just can't compensate for the terrible service my girlfriend and received on Dec. 24th.  We had just finished a lovely carriage ride and wanted to stop off for a drink.  We arrived about 10-ish and found a table just inside by the door.  It took almost 15 minutes for us to just get a menu.  Another wait for the server was about 10 minutes, the drinks arrived about 10 minutes after that.  Our server brought our drinks, didn't apologize for the long wait (even considering the fact it was Christmas Eve) and didn't even give us napkins for our drinks.  There was no "drive by" just to check on us either.  Overall a very disappointing experience for a very visually appealing location.

The location of the Tini Martini Bar is amazing. Right across from the fort and H20 and in a prime spot.  It's the kind of bar you WANT to go to judging from what it looks like on the outside.

The bartendar was very friendly and was able to manage herself well between all of customers coming into the bar. It was our bday weekend so my best friend got us each Key Lime Martinis and they were a bit pricey ($15 each). Still, it was our birthday and we first experienced Key Lime Martinis in Columbus when my boyfriend suprised us with a couple back in March.

Sadly, the Key Lime Martinis were BETTER in Columbus @ Martini's. We were sad! It was like going to Italy and being disappointed in the Italian food. The experience I'll never forget and I am always appreciative of a good alcoholic beverage.  Would I go back? Maybe and try something else. Perhaps it was just an off day.

I love a good martini and Tini Martini has a list of them.

But they're a little pricey for my blood alcohol level. I had never been, but had always heard great things about Tini Martini. The location is great. Great views of the bay, great people watching of the passers-by. Admiring the horse drawn carriages as they go by.

The parking situation in St. Aug is always a bear to fight with. There is the option of the garage on the north end of St. George Street, but it puts you a good walking distance from everywhere you want to be, so if you can find a street spot, grab it!

I couldn't decide what I wanted and was slightly bummed they didn't have blueberries to make the Blueberry Julep they had on the website. The waiter - David - recommended the White Chocolate Espresso. For a girl who loves coffee & white chocolate this was not a hard sell, but I should have wait and ordered this AFTER dinner. Super sweet. But I still drank every sip.

The Tini Martini Bar is in a beautiful location attached to cool looking Bed & Breakfast. Great selection of Martini's.

Apparently it's my lucky night. Surrounded with aggravating chatter-box know it all types. So it was just a brief stop.

Stopped through St. Augustine for the first time and thought this would be a great place to relax and have a couple yummy martinis. We get there and take a seat outside and I initially only saw a couple servers so I knew it could possibly be awhile. Well after 15-20 minutes had passed and a conversation with the table next to us, still, no one had even stopped by to give us menu's. I caught one of the servers eye and tried to flag him down and he responds "Oh, someone will be right over..." How hard is it to come over to the table and give us menus? This low standard of service is absolutely inexcusable. We ended up just walking out!!

The wife and I recently had  a date night in downtown St. Augustine, and decided to stop into the Tini Martini for a nightcap. I had walked by this place many times, but I'm not really a Martini guy, so I never really wanted to stop in and try it out. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of drinks here, and really enjoyed the atmosphere.
There are a lot of seats out front which face the Bayfront, but since it was a humid, muggy night, we decided to hang out in the bar area, which was surprisingly roomy and comfortable. There are also a few tables spread throughout the house if you'd like to have a relaxing night with friends in that area.
The drink menu is not surprisingly mostly Martinis, however I did see a lot of other fruity mixed drinks and standard bar drinks available. Pretty decent bottled beer selection, but unfortunately nothing on draft. The wife went with a fruity Martini, I chose the Manhattan. They were both very, very good. The bartender was NOT skimping on the alcohol, and he knew what he was doing. I was also impressed he took the time to talk to us, because this guy was BUSY. He was slinging Martinis like it was going out of style!
I really liked this place, and will probably be back when I want to class it up a bit. The drinks were delicious, service was great, and the atmosphere was upscale, yet casual and relaxing. Noticed a nice mix of tourists and locals alike. If you're looking for a great place to spend a night enjoying some adult beverages and relaxing, this is one of the best downtown. It is a bit pricey, but the quality of drinks (and the amount of booze) makes it totally worth it.
Bonus points for the hilarious paintings of fat women all over the walls near the bar.

Clay and I remember this place fondly from our first visit when we stayed in 2007 at Casablanca Bed and Breakfast which is attached to the bar.  We returned here on our recent stay to St. Augustine and were not disappointed.  We were concerned because we were there the same evening of Lindsay B.'s negative review, but after waiting for about 5 minutes (staff did appear very busy) we were greeted and brought our drinks in a timely fashion.

The Key lime pie martini was fantastic, and I enjoyed my bloody Mary (not the best I ever had but decent and this place is a "martini" bar guess I should get with the program).

We very much enjoyed the night breeze and looking out on the water and people-watching the passersby.

Rude staff. They just kept passing us and the table next to us. It seemed as though they were intentionally avoiding eye contact. My husband finally walked up to the bar to order our drinks and the bartender wouldn't serve us! He told us to go sit back down and the waiter would take our order. The martini was good but the service is the reason I will never go back.

Mine classic martini was not so good. I asked for very little vermouth and  it came soaked.  Not cold enough either.  The server was not knowledgable about how to prepare and serve a martini. Price was $12 and they wanted an extra $5 for ketle one vodka.  A rip off.

I've visited the Tini Martini Bar every time I've come to St. Augustine, because the beach view is fantastic, the decor is really cute (on the patio they string those white lights all over), and the cocktails are usually fantastic...although during my last visit I ordered a key lime martini which was curdled, not sure how the bartender and server missed that! But usually the staff is friendly and helpful, and in the evening they put out a tray in the lobby with some cheese/crackers/mini-sandwiches for people to munch on, since they don't have a food menu..

Our favorite martini bar in St Augustine. This is the only martini bar I have ever been to that fills your glass all the way to the rim every single time. Premium liquors. Their White Chocolate Martini is awesome!  Delicious!!

The Tini Martini Bar in St. Augustine is a long way from Honolulu, but I'd go all over again.

As one can imagine, Martinis rule the day in this spot. And, if you feel like having a lot, they usually have something yummy on special. Tini Martini also sports a fabulous selection of super premium spirits along the back bar. The best bourbon I've sampled ever.

The elegant bar at the Tini Martini Bar is staffed by a master martini maker who can concoct a cocktail you may never have dreamed of. While the bar itself (attached to the lovely Casablanca inn) is a pleasant place for a drink, we opted to sit outside where we could watch the horse buggies trot past against the backdrop of the river. The tiki torches and palm trees convinced us to relax and enjoy.

I can highly recommend the Tahiti Tini if you like your martinis fruity.

At $12.50 a pop, these drinks aren't cheap.  It looks like they're doing well regardless, but I wonder how much better they'd do if they would knock a couple of bucks off.  I know in our case, we'd stay a lot longer, and order more drinks!

There are a large number of martinis here to choose from, from classic to "specialty" (I think the technical term is "froofy") styles.  I'll be the first to admit, the froofier the better as far as I'm concerned.  My favorite so far has to be the key lime martini.

I'm not normally a martini drinker, so I tend to look like an idiot when I first start drinking them and they're full to the rim of the glass.  Martini glasses are stupid anyway.  It's like whoever designed them wanted the most inefficient design possible, with the maximum chance that the holder of the glass would end up wearing their drink rather than actually drinking it.

    I digress.

On an evening when the weather is nice and the wind is blowing, this little outdoor spot can't be beat.  Maybe a third of the tables are under an overhang, so if there's a drizzle you might be safe, but there's no indoor seating here.

The waitress was quick, and the hostess was extremely friendly, actually striking up a conversation with us when she had some down time.

The last couple of times we've been to St. Augustine, we've made it a point to stop here. We'll definitely continue.

Some place called the Tini Martini Bar? Of course I am going to try it. As noted by others, this place is bijoux (fancy pants for tiny), but they have a nice covered porch facing the water for extra space. Their prices are STEEP ($12.50 for a martini), but I am so willing to pay that for an artfully prepared cocktail. Maybe this was an "off night, " but I was just not impressed.

First of all, my husband wanted a Manhattan (featured on the menu and something that I think they would be comfortable making). However, they did not have Rye and the waitress was befuddled when asked about the varieties of Rye, it turns out, that they did not have. He received a pretty run-of-the-mill Manhattan for a price of $12.50. In addition, the waitress spilled drinks because the cocktail shakers were, to quote her, "unpredictable."

I am a sucker for gin, so I ordered the classic that featured blue cheese olives. I did indeed receive a glass of cold gin, but only two olives and one of them was broken in half so there was cheese goo all in my drink.

Under normal bar circumstances (i.e., not this expensive and not supposedly specializing in fancy cocktails) - no big deal. But, if 'Tini wants to be fancy, they better up their game. I would go somewhere else and save a few bucks.

Caveat - they have a BIG menu of fruity, chocolate, girly-type drinks that I did not try. I wanted me a martini.

Ridiculous service. Surly hostess, waitress passed us multiple times without even looking at us, let alone asking if we needed anything.

Great place. Proposed to my wife in the secret garden (in the back - Casablanca Inn)  3 years ago... So we have history there. Wonderful Espresso Martinis... & strong. Have a cab ready or a DD. Only sit outside for the great view and good people watching. On a busy night, wait staff of only 1 or 2, tend to take a while to check back with you. Plus they need more variety of apps - peanuts & pretzels don't cut it these days.

the weekend bartender is unpleasant complainer placing downer on evening at bar. sit outside and enjoy the view of bay. the young lady working when i sat in side complained about job, customers, etc. so, if you want fun relaxed st.augustine atmosphere, sit outside.

I think this place is absolutely adorable! I'm a huge St. Augustine fan and this little find is the icing on the cake. The Key Lime pie martini was SOO good. So smooth and the graham cracker crust for a  rimmer added a nice bit of texture. I've been found daydreaming about it recently. We sat outside and the view was great, right on the water, watching boats in the marina... kinda makes me wonder why I still live up North. Our waitress was actually a Boston University graduate so being from Boston, we had some things to talk about with her. My friends dad who took us there had to keep getting up to refill our little munchies, peanuts, crackers etc. which I didn't really understand? I just wish there was more of a food/appetizer selection cause those drinks were STRONG! Although we didn't pay, the prices were typical martini prices you'd pay at a restaurant in any major city.

Holy crap.  Classic gin martinis are my kryptonite.

I had one and couldn't move from my patio seat here for a little bit.  It was delicious with it's blue cheese stuffed olives, and perfectly prepared by a man Dorian thought was attractive, so it was a fun time.  The selection of martinis was really extensive, and the setting was great.  The bar is connected to the Casablanca Inn, which is really charming.  Expensive, but charming.

At $12 a pop, one is really all you need to get the party started.  Or to end it home and cart someone home in a wheel barrow.  One of the two.
