Twilight Hookah Lounge

I used to be a regular here, then my friend and I got hookahs. Still, we come here very often to buy shisha. But recently, I feel as if they don't want us there anymore. A lot of the employees are cool, but some of them aren't. My 2 recent experiences were the worst of all.

I don't know if its only when I go, but my friend gets $5 dollar shisha packs from them all the time, but whenever I go, they say, "Oh we don't sell $5 bowls." Recently one just rudely mentioned to me, "Why don't you just buy $2 Fantasia boxes." Terrible. I couldn't even, I thought he was one of the most genuine people there too...

Finally, we went last night, and we paid $10 worth and got $5 in shisha. I don't know what you guys are trying to do, but if you prefer to make your sales by us smoking there, then tell us straight up instead of trying to rip us off, we're not new here.

I'm not too sure if I'll be returning for a while.

Came in on 5/5/13 night and the place was somewhat busy. The server insantly carded us right away.. Kinda weird since I've never been carded for anything lol. Anyways, my two friends and I ordered the skittles mint flavor recommended by the worker. She then tells us to either order another hookah set or pay the additional $5 charge. We ended up just paying for the extra fee. We were mad because the hookah flavor was so weak ! We couldnt taste anyhing and our smoke clouds looked all thin. We tried to get our servers attention but she was too busy talking away with the regular customers / smoking her own hookah -.- I use to work in a hookah lounge so I know how hectic it can be because your constantly seating guests or bringing out the hookahs. BUT customer service is key. She should of went around the tables asking us how things are. The only worker that was actually doing work was the coal boy.. We told him that our flavor was weak and he tried to fix it by adding new coals... It didn't work haha. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes or so. The whole vibe of it made us feel uncomfortable. Our total for 3 people was $21. Average price for any hookah lounges. The only good thing about this place is that it looks new with nice graphic walls & good hip hop music too. Other than that, I might give this place another chance next time !

This place was terrible. I went in happy, left with a headache. Hookah was standard, no problem there. It was the employees. They were watching tv really loud and kept changing the channel every 5 minutes, sooooo irritating! No music and ended up on some boring LOUD sport channel. Will definitely not return and i was overcharged, when i tried to argue he started acting like he couldn't hear me. Stay away!
