poorly managed and it's really too bad because its a beautiful venue. i was treated poorly and when i brought it to two out of three of their owners attention, absolutely nothing was addressed. what kind of owners know their guests are unhappy with the service provided and do nothing about it?? they will no doubt be the type of place that has some big name performers and they will make their money at the door and show no interest in the service/quality of product offered. they proved that to me in one visit. it was my first and will be my last time at VA Live.
