SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. Too bad because the food was very good too it just took 1.5 hours to show up. All in all probably a good bar for watching the game, if you don't want to eat or aren't trying to catch a train in the next 2 hours.

Walt St. pub is a funny place. The upside is that you can order cheap pitchers of beer. The downside is you have to listen to the bartender tell antisemitic jokes and show off pictures of girlfriends boobs on his cell phone.

If you like "dive bars" the Walt Street is a JEM! Top notch live bands and food that is as good as you could expect bar food to be and even a bit better. Lots of tv's for watching games. Little known secret: some great Mexican selections. The tuna bites rock! Great jukebox...

I've been to Walt Street numerous times in my life and amazingly, I never knew they had a dinner menu.

I ate here tonight for the first time and was very impressed with the food.

We tried the Cajun tuna poppers and they were fresh and delicious. My friends both had Mexican dishes while I had a traditional chicken sandwich.  Everything was great.

I will definitely have to go back to Walt Street in the near future and try something else on the menu.

Dive bar. Rude bartender and bouncer. Extorts customers that want to use the bathroom when all nearby facilities are closed and girlfriend has bladder infection.

We came here for a kind of late dinner on a Friday night.  It was busy but not packed.  Walt Street is really more of a bar that happens to serve food.  The night we were there they had a dj who was taking requests and it was an eclectic mix, like the crowd.  Decent beer selection...pretty good menu...  We got a crab stuffed mushroom appetizer that was really great.  My husband got a burger that looked good and juicy.  I had the chicken Philly.  It had peppers that were still a little crunchy (while I liked), but was a little dry (better once I added mustard).  They also have Jersey fries which are thicker and seasoned...very nice.  Overall, I would go back again because it was a good experience.

This place is a dive, but I'm into that sort of thing. Lots of beers and bar food to choose from. A good place to watch a game or hang out with friends. They have lots of NJ Boardwalk staple foods like butterfly fries and hotdogs.

I am huge fan of Walt Street.  They have Golden Tee.  What more needs to be said?  And the bar tenders are awesome too.  The live music is usually top notch, and the bar food is great for a late night out.

Nice, chill bar.  Reasonable prices and no Red Bank pretension.  Waitress/bartender was nice and attentive.  Checked up on us just when we're running low on drinks, offered the food menu a couple times -- we weren't interested but appreciated the gesture.

Live music! Across the street from the Red Bank Train Station.

Good burgers, mexican food, and other bar food.

    Drink specials, and food specials.

Nothing fancy, but good quality and portions. The clams casino are worth a try as well as the Walt Street burger.

Check their web site for live band schedule.
