Do: Eat Wings, heck even eat at Wingstop
Don't: At this location, don't even order from this location.
Ordered online, wife went to pick up the wings. $50 should have been done, they hadn't even started the order yet. The store was empty too.
Called to complain, as I called wife sent me a text saying the guy in back told the woman not to answer the phone and say we were closed.
Called them out on it, got their names, reached out to Corporate. Corporate didn't do anything, called the manager told me he could give me a $25 credit (half of my order) and then told me how terrible Josh was AKA the guy in back that said don't answer the phone.
I love wings and I appreciate when there is an issue the effort to make things right. Sadly that didn't happen. Rude customer service, and to top it all off the order was wrong. SERIOUSLY unless you like being screwed over and taken advantage of DON'T eat here EVER!
I loved going here for lunch on Fridays. The service and food is awesome. It is very clean and so are the bathrooms. I enjoyed every wing I ate here and would have taken advantage of the five second rule, because this place is clean and the wings are good! My favorite wings are Parmesan Garlic and Louisiana Rub. Try them!
Review Source:We would have loved to have tried the wings. There was one customer in the store when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon with our http://restaurant.com gift certificate. We were told that those are only accepted Monday-Thursday. Well - that was not on the certificate. Still - no wings. Can we speak to the manager - I am the manager. We would like to still use the certificate - no - it has to be Monday-Thursday. We drove 45 minutes to try this place. We heard good things. This guy was rude and would not budge on this Monday-Thursday rule. I hope he was happy with his one customer. We were a party of 4 that would have more than spent our certificate. Now he has this review, Facebook and other feedback to the corporate office. I still don't know if the wings faste good or not - but as I can see from several posts here for this location customer service is not on the menu!
Review Source:Love the hot boneless wings at this place. Â With the best ranch around they are the epitome of what a wing should be. Â I guess it's a nugget if it's boneless but whatever. Â the fries are good too. sometimes I've found that the fries are undercooked and overseasoned but lately they have improved on both fronts. Â I haven't tried much else here besides the wings but I'd definiately recommend boneless over bone-in. Â the bone in experience here isn't that great IMHO because of the size of the wings. Â kinda shrimpy compared to the big hunks of meat you get with the boneless.
Review Source:This spot is the worst , Ordered 12 hot and 12 lemon pepper , when we got home we had 24 Lemon pepper . we called to explain what had happen and we were told to bring back the 12 wings . Realy !!! Not only should they have delivered the right order , What will be done with the return ??? Will you be the one ? Never going back .
Review Source:I am not a big fan of wings but for some reason Sunday I had a taste for wings. Â Having not been overly impressed by BWW the search for wings a la close to home pointed me to the Wingstop. Â Having vowed to never eat at a place with the word "stop" in the name I was skeptical but ended up being pleasantly surprised. Â The wings were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Â We tried the parmesan, teriyaki and mild. Â All the toppings were good and balanced well with the amount of meat on the wings. Â Service was very good and the food cooked to order and fresh. Â The price is a little higher than I expected but what isn't these days.
