If you are looking to mix things up outside down town Walnut Creek, I recommend giving this place a shot.   It is definitely an older crowd, that knows how to party -- leading to some pretty entertaining people watching.

Little advice for this place.

This place is too far from down town and way to casual to effectively enforce the collared shirt rule. They have lost my business before with this rule, and I'm confident they lose customers each night this is enforced

You do realize me and my friends walked to Dan's and spent our money right?

Finally.. They also had the nerve to attempt to sell me a polo for $10 at the door :)

I'd love to give a review about the inside, but what a joke of a place!!! Didn't get past the bouncer because my wife's (29 years old) drivers license was bent, and they refused to even look at her Military ID (government issued) saying they do not accept military ID's as a form, yet every bar we've been to for past 8 years has. The bouncer said ABC doesn't acknowledge military ID's.... well when we got home I checked and yes they do, plus once again every location EVER has accepted it, and usually follow up with a "thank you for serving your country". They do not appreciate military so do not give them your business

By far the worst bar in the Bay Area. The staff were completely ignorant, ESPECIALLY the "Security Guards". They are very rude and have the education of a 2nd grader. And to top it all off a $5 cover?? Please, take your $5 and go somewhere else.
