Well, the perch was ok. As I entered on a Friday night, the 13 year old that I was with said, "there's a reason there are only 3 tables seated." I understand now. Very pedestrian offerings, bland food and worse service. I'm usually a proponent of mom & pop places- this made me want to run to Chili's.

We were there for breakfast. New owner: very nice, smoke free, good value.
Will come back to sample the beer list and try the foosball table

Reviewing on the bar experience only.  I was there over the holidays to hear some live music.  It was ridiculously smoky and took forever to get a drink.  Kudos on bringing in some amazing talent, however!
