AJ's on the Creek

Aj's was good, our waitress was ok, the one next to us was really great, we listened in out her conversation with her table and she gave lots of tips on the area. The food was good but on the pricier side. The hostess was an odd duck and when we were being seated kept asking if we wanted to sit at the table with a women already in it or the table in front of us, and I was like I don't care, I just want to sit down in one of the five empty tables in front of us. We enjoyed our meal and the mixed drink I ordered was yummy! Worth a visit. ...The resturant was designed to be a little dressy but people were in there in just shorts and t shirts.

Waited twenty mins to be seated , no problem . Waited another ten for waitress , and then the trouble began took almost an hour for food . Other tables that was seated after me were served ,ate and left still no food, some people left before their server came to the table , they were the smart ones .

We'd go again, in a minute. Wish we'd gone there last night. Service was perfect, and the meal was exactly what it was billed to be. Simple, flavorful food - the flavors speak for themselves.
Me - Grilled Rockfish (striped bass)
He - Grilled scallops (a few were a little worse for grilling)
Ap - steamed oysters (TO DIE FOR!)
Service - EXCEPTIONAL!
Only drawback - service (kitchen) door makes a tremendous amount of noise. Unless it's packed, you hear it, and it is not comforting.
Overall: exceptional service, simple flavorful fare - we're solid fans!
