Many people believe the weirdest thing about American culture is the fact they haven't grasped the love and passion that basically the entire rest of the world has for Soccer(futbol, if you prefer).  That's not really that strange to me, to be honest.  What is strange to me is the fact that us Americans eat a sh!t load of meat, and never have gravitated towards the goat as a an excellent source for our carnivorous appetites.
Me, I can't get enough of the tasty little fvckers.  Maybe because I grew up listening to death metal music and it conjures up images of the sacrificial goat or actually eating the devil or something.  Either way this place has some real tasty Birria.
Birria is stew made from a broth a dry roasted peppers and spices.  Added to it is the meat of choice, Goat, or mutton.  Heighten the experience by adding fresh onion and cilantro and perhaps a squirt of lime juice and you could really ask for nothing else.
The establishment itself is nothing to write home about, although their servers and cooks are courteous and thorough.  Then again you go for one thing and that's Birria.  The other great point about this place is the fact they give a warm packet of home made tortillas with your order.  Home made(i.e. handmade) tortillas are so much  better than the ones we're used to pulling out from a package.  Fairly thick and hearty they provide the perfect accompaniment to this meal.
Remember, eat goat, appease the gods.
