Banana's Liquid Lounge

I went to theBananas LiquidLounge on  Friday July 19, 2013, I had heard they were going to have live entertainment for $5 before 10:30 pm. I had to check it out! Friendly staff, wonderful drinks....1 drink  just about does it, they are strong!!!  Sound system was cool, and then a Hip Hop legend named VOLUME 10 (PISTOL GRIP PUMP) performed, he gave an awesome performance and even the legendary Sir jinx,  who was Ice Cubes producer was there and NOFACE, OMG! he gave a sexually funked performance. Women all oveR the place and just the right amount of guys too.  Smoke patio was "friendly" too.  I will be returning, supposedly the promoters are there every sunday and thursday with live talent and a great party atmosphere. Aug 1st they have the artist GLASSES MALONE for $10.  cant beat that!   i am there.

Came in after a Rugby match at the Home Depo Center.  It is across the street. Great private party was going on but we were welcomed. My only knock was that they have about 15 beer handles and they were out of all but two brands.

Would you ever buy your groceries from Payless? Or buy a television from Petco? Well going to this "lounge" located in a strip mall is a lil like that.  I feel like I can stop my review right there but for people who cant get the picture let me explain:

This trash box is located yes in a strip mall next to a Fish Market, Henry's Market, a KFC and Kevin's Nails -_-  basically a bunch of random junk shit that depletes the atmosphere of anything "club" related. (Showing up to a fish fry and marketplace in hooker heels and short skirts is too ratchet for me to even fathom)

SO that's the atmosphere on the outside your like ok coo this place SHOULD be chill riiiiii......

Wrong

When I arrived at 10:25 me and my friends were charged $5  cover charge now this may have been the event going on here and not the actual lounge but regardless I WAS OFFENDED that such a place would even charge. I could of walked two shops over to the J&M 99cent store and had a field day for $5.

But it gets worse...

Once you get in you will notice 2 things. (1) THE TINEST of SMALLEST places to "function" at (basically the size of a living room/dinning room combined) and (2) THE FREEZING COLD (they have an outdoor smoking area but this place is super small a crack window would of made a fierce breeze so you know an open door made it artic levels)  

And it gets even worse

They do have a lil "happy hour" mixed drinks were 5 bucks. BUT PPLZ DON'T. The drinks here were gross. A mixture of bear urine and rubbing alcohol. I couldn't even finish the whole cup which wasn't in a glass but a plastic ass 4 fl oz clear cup. -_-

BUT WAIT IT GETS THE WORSTEST POSSIBLE

They are evidently CONFUSED about what they are. 1. Your in a strip mall 2. You are TINY 3. Your drinks are gross 4. YOUR IN CARSON sooooooooo WHY (I CANNOT BELIEVE ) did they have "bottle service" OMG I WANTED TO DIE FROM LAUGHTer. A waitress will light a sparkler for you thirsty ass wackos and walk two steps across the room to announce your cheap ass bottle service. LIKE WTF seriously this place is a dive bar STOP tryna act Hollywood. It doesn't translate AT ALL.

AND TO TOP OFF THE NIGHT WITH A FUCK YOU
They wouldn't let you sit in the seat around the bar because they were "reserved" for "VIP" "Bottle service" individuals. Me and my friends sat down cus the music was wack and NO ONE was dancing  except some out of place ratchets  and security came and told us to get up -_-
