This place has AMAZING food and excellent service. My favorite area is definitely their lovely patio. The only downside to this place is the parking and location is kind of strange amid a business park. This is a definitely good spot for lunch or quiet dinner if you don't mind a peculiar location, but a lovely atmosphere after you arrive to the patio and restaurant itself.

This establishment will give you the opportunity to go on an emotional roller coaster, and believe you me it is a fun ride.
Upon arrival you will be able to choose from the 3 parking spaces right near the entrance, or the 50 around the corner. The restaurant is part of a huge warehouse with other nearby warehouses that share a huge lot.
When you exit your hoopty and enter the garden of eden you may see a forklift on your right keeping a tool shed company. Do not turn around, continue on to promise land.
The outdoor patio is vast and comforting with the two tone painted chairs, karaoke music setting the mood for a drunk fest and the beautiful waterfall feeding a pool of plastic and brick. You will be mesmerized.
After you have wiped the drool from your mouth and enter the front door, immediately tell them you would like to sit outside. I have never sat inside but it can't be as much of a treat as the patio, plus you need some sun on your pasty skin as the cubicle you sit in all day has made your veins show through your skin.
Now, start with a drink. They have a lot of good stuff here including boba, you know, balls in your mouth. I get beer and have had the the rare opportunity to have a beer slushy due to the frozen bottle delivered to our table one fine evening. My wife had their iced tea and she said "mmm this is good" so it must be good.
By this time you will be looking around, judging, like most So. Cal-ians do and thinking "wonder how fresh the food is". Well let me tell you, order anything and you will be freakishly surprised at the quality of the food. This place is honestly A HIDDEN JEM. I had a noodle dish, can't remember the name of it but they had an award inside for being the best of the best in the south bay for this particular dish so I got it, and it was amazing. My wife got a chicken and vegetable and noodle mix, again can't remember the name but that's only because I am partially stupid and have a bad memory. We skipped desert even though the pictures and descriptions looked great, the ol wifey had creamofsomeyoungguy later that night anyway.
Long story short, this was the best Tai, Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean, anything your heart would desire food we have ever had. The place has a downtown L.A. vibe with the soft roar of traffic on Vermont and the peacefulness of sitting in front of a warehouse, in a garden-ish patio all mixed into one.
And the cherry on top is the customer service. The workers/owners are actually happy to see and serve you. I know, this kind of kills the whole "L.A. vibe" thing as you won't get a rude attitude, disgusted look or be ignored the whole dining experience but we simple people in the suburbs take what we can get.

Go here and eat, you will not be sorry. Unless you have a huge stick up your ass.

Walkin in to beauty. The cutest patio area for outdoor dining. The staff is super friendly and the food looks so yu mmy. I ordered Chicken Shish and the chicken was so tender. Not a fan of the basmati rice prepared with the dish. But the noodle dish Pad See-U is a winner!
    I will be back.
