Visited last Saturday. Â Was immediately set upon by some drunk old codger at the bar about how the housing crisis, intrusive government and taxation was my fault. Â Bartender was concerned about my presence, asked if I'd ever been in before, claimed he didn't know me. Â Didn't like that I didn't play 20 questions well with him but finally fessed up he thought they'd just been visited by a couple undercover cops and I was the third. Â Indicated my Land's End Squall jacket pegged me as a narc. Â Coors in a bottle for $3 on a Saturday night was the only thing this place had going for it. Â Don't think I'll ever return.
Review Source:I mean what do you really expect when the front of the building is boarded up?? It reminds me of a home that was converted into a bar?? IDK. it's about 500 square feet that includes a pool table , shuffle board and a bar. The Bar i would have to say, does have some potential, its pretty big. The few times i have gone I felt a little out of place. I think it is a motorcycle club hangout/ meet up place. Oh and if you cant find the bathrooms, they are out back yawnder~ in the back of the building / alley entrance.
The beer is cheap though , cheapest in town and COLD~ coldest in town. Â One of the very few restaurants in Highland that is allowed to stay open until 2 a.m. Â For some reason any restaurant / bar established after a certain year (unknown) close time is 11 or 12 :(.
P.S. No food menu.
