The only reason we came here is because I had a http://Restaurant.com certificate and we wanted to try something from their exotic burger menu that they boast. They were out of everything from this menu. Disappointed, I ended up settling on wings as their menu does not offer much more than typical bar food aside from the exotic burger section which as I mentioned was unavailable. The waitress, who had apparently only started that night according to her, messed up my order and did not offer to take it back and correct it or replace it with something new until after my boyfriend had already finished eating. So obviously I wasn't interested in a new meal at that point. Nor did she take it off the bill even though the food untouched. Definitely will not be back under any circumstances.
Review Source:Unfortunately, I have to agree with the reviews of everyone else. Â We came to Black Market because we had a Groupon and it mentioned serving many exotic meats. Â Well, I am assuming that chef left because there was nothing exotic on the menu, everything was typical bar food. Â The restaurant itself seems to be more of a club/bar and they are trying to be a restaurant and not succeeding. Â We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer and while it had a decent flavor, it was runny and the chips seemed slightly stale. Â I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich which was supposed to come with mayo (it did not) and cheese which was hard and cold. Â They could have at least stuck it under the broiler. Â And the 'loaded' fries I ordered had some melted cheese and about 1/8 cup of bacon...definitely not loaded. Â The waitress was nice enough and the prices were reasonable, but it is not going to succeed as a restaurant.
