The TVs set up make Blackwell's seem like it could be a smaller sports bar, whereas the seating and food selection give it  that "neighborhood pub" name. It's weird to see the different groups around the place: sometimes it's families with small children, usually it's your average middle-aged folks, and then there are the occasional sketches that make you wonder why they're in "the neighborhood."  It's not someplace I would normally go just to hang out, but it's interesting enough in itself to excuse the occasional creepy customers who sit on the sidewalk outside the pub.
