  My parents took us out here for a Friday night fish fry.  Delicious.  The server was very attentive and took our picture for us after the meal.

  The Bosch as it is affectionately known in Hales Corners is a historic bar and grill. The food is good.  Service is timely. But if you want the corner bar feel out in the suburbs it is perfect for that.  The burger is above average but most of all you will just have a great time because the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately the music playing today was dance hits but that is not typical.  It's just a good all around experience. And in a burb where copy n paste restaurants and bar chains overload the scene, The Bosch is a really fresh change of peace. The fireplace in the back dining room tops off a very cozy feel to the bar. Be careful you might just be tempted to chat with the stranger next to you as if you both lived in the same small town and just hadn't met yet.  Al in the middle of the burbs.

  Great neighborhood bar/restaurant in an historic building in Hales Corners. Great drinks, great food and comfortable atmosphere, great for all ages. During the winter ask to get a seat by the fireplace.

  The Bosch provides what so many bars these days do not.....great beer and in a great environment with great food available if you're hungry. The bar staff are fantastic and the kitchen staff too. Despite what a previous reviewer says, there is no pool table and only 1 darts machine. It's more of a sit down, order a beer and actually talk to folk kind of pub. Plenty of screens for sports watching though. The beer selection is above and beyond the vast majority of pubs with something for every taste. In short, if you're in this neighborhood and you want a good pub with awesome beer and service, there is no better place.

  We go to Bosch on a regular basis during the week. Bosch has great specials during the week such as buy one get one 1/2 off appetizers, wings (Tuesdays / Thursdays), and other great food specials. Their side salads are fresh, inexpensive, and a good accompaniment to the specials.
  
  The service is usually very good and attentive. We like the laid back atmosphere. Ladies, bring a jacket during the summer as the air conditioning can be a little strong. There are plenty of TVs to watch a game, and you can usually see the Brewers. The big round tables are great for playing cards with a group of friends.

  Used to come here once a week after work with my bf who lived right down the street. This is not a fine dining establishment by any means. The Bosch is a place you come to for drinks and pool or to hang out. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, the stiff drinks and bar food.

  Friday Fish Fry:
  
  $9.99 Fish Fry dinner with 3 average sizes of Haddock, Fries (baked potato or mashed potato), and Fries. When I got the plate I didn't think it would be enough to fill me up. I was correct. I had an extra piece from my wife's plate. The first piece of fish was tasty but as more as I got into it the food was very bland. Tartar sauce and salt could not save it.
