Bout Time Pub & Grub

I have visited this restaurant/pub a few times now with my family. The food is hit and miss but when it's good, it's GOOD! I've noticed week nights I get better quality food. Must be when the more experienced cooks are on. The Monte Cristo is always superb! Friends of my wife had told her about it (they work next door at black diamond). I am now a Monte addict such as they are.
It appears they've recently gone under new management already. I quite liked the gal that was running the place before. She was there the last few times we were and very pleasant and chatty, and always made sure we were taken care of. This new Chris was nice to us (maybe trying a bit TOO hard), I however found it quite unprofessional that he would talk negatively about the gal to other patrons/employees. (I wasn't trying to eavesdrop... he was quite vocal about it) I am not sure the circumstances on why she left but I don't believe it should be any one elses business either. Especially any of the patrons. Seems unfair to her and she is 90% of the reason we even came back after our not so great first experience. Says a lot about his character.

All in all it was an OK experience. I'm sure they will be packed with patrons in no time. I see great potential for this place once the word gets out and they have a few months under their belt and get the cooks all on the same page. This will be great for football season. It will be nice to have a family friendly place to watch my RAVENS!!!

We are totally going back again and again! The server Ben was super nice and attentive. The food came out lightening fast. It was great pub food. The guacamole is obviously fresh and big time delicious! Family friendly for sure and a bar to make momma proud!

I tried this place twice before I thought about making a review.  I'll start with the positive, it's a place where me and my son can play pool and watch sporting events, the servers are hard workers and the alcohol is affordable.
The bad, I have tried 3 different menu items and would never order them again.  My wife asked for anything green besides the salad and they had nothing.  I'm pretty sure if I was hammered everything on the menu is awesome so maybe the problem is  me for not getting more drunk before I order food.
I'm using my expert psychic abilities and predicting that this space will claim its third victim.  I WANT COACHES BACK!!!
