Brasserie Pascal

Great service and management!!

I had visited the Pascal Tradition before and have had wonderful experiences with the food. We found Brasserie Pascal on yelp and decided to give it a try. We came here as part of the lunch prix-fixe menu. We had the pate plate with a salad for appetizers (both were average). For entrees, we ordered the salmon and the steak frites (the salmon was cooked perfectly but the steak was a little dried). For dessert, we had the isle flottante and caramel flan (both were also average). Compare with Pascal Tradition which is no longer open, Brasserie Pascal does not make the cut.

Always an easy, pleasant experience...prix fixe menu is a good deal.  The salad frisée is really, really good...salmon, yum!
Not a chain...love to support local eateries.
