As everyone knows, Buffalo Wild Wings is a giant chain. I'm of the opinion that doesn't automatically make you a terrible company. As far as chains go, it definitely can be a whole lot worse than Buffalo Wild Wings.
I am a fan of wings. If you don't like wings, I'm not sure what to tell you as I've never ate anything but wings here. As for their boneless wings, I say skip them and go straight for the traditional wings. Spicy Garlic and Buffalo Medium or Hot is usually what I order.
The service here is decent and the prices aren't that bad. You usually get your wings quickly and if you go on Wednesday the wings are even cheaper. It's also not that bad a place to watch a game if you are into that sort of thing.
I would never suggest coming here, but if a few of my friends wanted to come here, I certainly wouldn't object.
I've been here a few times and while I enjoy the atmosphere, that's about all they have going for them.
All three times I've been here the service was very poor taking a long time for our servers to get back to us and fill drinks. The food took quite a while and the food has been unimpressive.
Their regular wings are good but their boneless wings have very poor quality chicken. Â The boneless chicken wings seemed to have the same consistency as McDonalds chicken nuggets, tastes alright but makes you wonder what you are eating.
It's a good place to go to a game but I would rather Pluckers down the road any day.
The food used to be decent, for what it was, but the last couple of times I've gone, it was nearly inedible. Â The waiters and waitresses are usually nice (except once when one decided to rush my husband and me and sweep right next to our table while glancing at the check she had deposited two seconds after we got our food), and the food gets out pretty quickly. Â
However, the last (and final) time I went to BBW was this past week. Â I ordered some cheese dip, and when it was halfway gone, I noticed these big, brown lumps all at the bottom. Â I have NO idea what it was. Â It grossed me out so badly, I will never eat here again. Â The food quality isn't just bad; it's disgusting. Â The mozzarella sticks also are empty a lot of the time, which is just odd, and the food is overpriced for what it is. Â Restaurants, in general I have noticed, seem to be going down in quality and customer service.
Prolly home to the worst dining experience in my 26 year existence. Â Waited an extremely long time for my food only to receive the wrong dish...whatever mistakes happen...after another 30 min finally got my food. What is not ok is on my receipt where is said I had originally ordered one thing and " changed my mind". Absolutely ridiculous! never go here...its a bad place
Review Source:I will never eat at this restaurant again. Â This was my first time and last time due to bad service and merely fair food and how it was served. Â I couldn't get the waiter's attention no matter what I did. Â He was totally oblivious to us once we were seated. Â I loved the big screen tv's and even the trivia games but the waiter kept bringing me broken trivia consoles (like 3 of them) so they stockpiled on our table. Â ....and that was when we could actually catch the waiter. Â He was more attentive to other tables around us and there were 4 of us!! Â He blew his tip out his ass. Â We pulled the manager aside to explain to him what was happening. Â He fixed our bill thank god! Â The wings were ok. Â The sauces were nice but the fact that I had to eat out of a tiny little paper tray no longer than the size of your hand including fingers and there were absolutely NO plates, reaaaally tanned my hide. Â I felt like I was eating on a picnic when I was actually sitting in a restaurant!
I realize this is a place for men to chillax during game time.....but c'mon....you're in public people!!!....let's be civilized!!...let's use plates for god's sake!......AND SILVERWARE (hell I would've even settled for a damn spork!). Â I guess this restaurant is prejudice against women because we like to use napkins, plates, and forks!
I might eat from here again, but ONLY and i mean ONLY if it were takeout. Â And even then I'd be leery. Â I make better wings at home actually.
This particular establishment left a bad taste in my mouth. We went in a group of four. The server came to our table, took my girlfriend's order and zipped off before anyone else in the table could get a word in. I had to stand up and find him to give him the rest of the drink orders for the rest of the table, as they lost their way back to us. Once our drinks arrived, which he got wrong, once again he took my girlfriends order and was about to zip off again before I stopped him in his tracks and got him to take everyone else's order.None of the trivia controls worked and we had to go through half a dozen. The food took forever to come and it wasn't worth the wait. Â Luckily the manager was easier to find than the server. I probably will not return here.
Review Source:This place is always fun for me. Â I have had a lot of down time while waiting for my new job to start. Â So, I head over to BWW for so wings and beer. Â The service is super fast during the lunch hour and the beer is really cold. Â Also, they frequently have beer specials. Â There are lots of tvs which are great for watching sports. Â However, my favorite thing to do when I'm bored and hungry is to get some cheap wings and play trivia at the back bar. Â Its lots of fun and there is usually someone else sitting there playing against you. Â I love wings, beer, and a challenge! Â Oh, by the way, the wings are good too. Â They make em the right way - not breaded, fried, then sauced.
